I think the only possible reason why the Askgamblers Complaint Team had to reject your official complaint submission is simply because Cslotv.com Casino is not listed in Askgamblers casinos directory, meaning, Askgamblers do not as yet have any mutual agreement with that casino to get assistance for members. However, I'm not a staff here, so that's purely my personal opinion. There may be other reasons why your complaint has been rejected, but only an admin staff, like Valdes, can give you straight answers. Getting 5 Scatters is shown as a 40x TOTAL BET win in the paytable (all other wins are shown as total bet wins as well), but 5 Scatters is shown as a 800x COINS WIN during play. 800 coins / 20 lines = 40x total bet win. Most games would show a coin or line win value for each symbol in the paytable, but some games actually show a total bet win instead, as in Royal League Neptunes Harem game.
