Roobet didnt ban my account
Afi4wins replied to Uptrendsocial's topic in Need help with a complaint?
@Uptrendsocial Hi there and welcome to the forum. When you request for a reopening of a self-excluded account, most casinos would oblige to it and make the account active again, unless you have been banned for addictive gambling. In some cases, the account automatically becomes active again upon expiration of the applied self-exclusion period. Some casinos do not close their customer's account but would ask them to use the self-exclusion tool instead. Personally, I think the casino may not refund you any of your losses, even if you explain to them that you were drunk on that day. Nonetheless, it may still be worth trying though, so good luck. -
@Fiekie247 That balance is shown as $2.47, so the above screenshot is from your deposit money play, not from bonus money play, otherwise any win would be shown as SND** . **. That's the difference there - if you are playing with your deposit money, the screenshot would show a $** . ** win. So ONLY winning screenshots obtained from your deposit money play would be valid for any contest.

Makes me seriously wonder...is this @rjpencoff really a normal gambler or an absolute casino streamer? NOBODY plays with MILLIONS of dollars in their account! Secondly, if you have millions in your balance, why even bother to enter a contest that pays only CHICKEN FEED to him??? Finally, his screenshots are not valid for this contest either as NEONSTAKE is not listed at Askgamblers.

@Support_OnlyWin Expiration Date: 24/04/2024 ??? Okay...so it must be a typo...or we're going back in time! -
@JONA104 Usually, any casino would not pay your winnings because you have broken one of their rules - using another person's card for making deposits is prohibited and your winnings may most likely be confiscated, unless prior approval from the casino management was given.
