I'm waiting for their decision to convert my 501.03 EUR winnings into an equivalent USD amount. Then only I can use Skrill to make a successful withdrawal, as in the case of my first successful withdrawal claim in USD at the casino earlier on.

I didn't check to see if it's changing or not, but this post should make it 15990 after I've posted it. What I was referring to is the top contributors list (see screenshot).

@cocopop3011 Have you informed the team that there's a glitch in the 'Popular Contributors" updating. I've done several posts this week but most of them have not been acknowledged or recorded. I'm even out of the list today!

Now I'm REALLY piissed off with Mirax Casino! After 14 days of waiting, they sent me a notification today that my withdrawal request has been cancelled. No blardy explanations given! I had a long chat with their chat host (Richard), explaining one item at a time, why I cannot use Skrill for my withdrawal, and I even told him why the bank transfer transaction may have been rejected, hence cancelled (Malaysia banks do not accept any money transactions to or from gambling establishments). After referring back to the financial team, Richard came back and asked me to make a fresh bank transfer withdrawal and I told him why I won't do it! I asked him to tell the financial team to convert my EUR winnings into USD so that I can withdraw it using Skrill. He did that, so now, I have to wait yet again for an answer from that bunch of financial idiots!

The financial team said it has been approved but the transaction is still in progress...now under investigation. How long does an investigation into a bank transfer transaction takes...if not a mere few hours at most?

The withdrawal has already been approved, so ales should be getting his money soon. Not like at Mirax casino...still waiting...and I simply cannot understand what they are all doing...including the Financial Manager.

Even Dama casinos have some bad apples in their basket, so simply throw out the bad problematic ones and stick with the better ones.

@ales200 It's similar for me too ales...I can only make withdrawals and bank transfers in USD and not in any other currencies. If only Mirax could pay my winnings in USD instead of in EUR, I would have gotten my money 12 days ago...I'm still waiting for my money now! Try using USD instead of EUR next...see if you can make deposits and withdrawals without any issues. To me, Skrill is the best and fastest ewallet provider ever!

@cocopop3011 I think you should take note that competitions base on highest points from total wagering done is very unpopular with us members. With giant highrollers out there, we small rollers simply have no chance at all of getting onto the leaderboard. Highest multipliers comps are much better because they can be achieved without needing to spend a truckload of cash...just need lots of luck. Hope future comps wouldn't be based on highest wagering done.

Well, 7 banking days have already passed...Mirax financial team cannot use 'your bank needs ... days to process the transaction' excuse anymore, so they're saying their financial team are now investigating all the transaction details. I give them till end of this week to settle the payment issue, then I'd be using AGCCS for more assistance. Feel like I've been dealing with a financial team consisting of school dropouts!

I think all that is just BS! I've never had to confirm my personal details at Neteller nor Skrill...nothing to do with Paysafe at all, unless you also have a separate Paysafe account.
