How do online slots actually work with individual casinos?
Afi4wins replied to andy67's topic in Online Slot Discussions
1. That an individual slot game has an overall RTP across all the casinos it's available on and regarldess of where we play it's going to pay out or not depending on everyone else who has played it across multiple casinos? or ... 2. The payout is independent on each casino it runs on? 3. Something else? Honestly speaking, I guess no gambler can correctly deduce which is right or wrong, or what is actually happening to a same game at different casinos, and so on. I see it in a simpler way. Each and every car, for instance, has been designed to certain specs and these specs determine the performance of the car. Yet, each car driver/owner would get different results and performance from that same car. Light-footed drivers would get better fuel consumption. Hard drivers who love flooring the pedal would get much worse consumption. Careless drivers would get the car into all sorts of trouble. The point is, same car, different drivers, different results and performances! Same with slot games too. Each game has a designated/designed RTP, but each same game would not perform/give results the same way to each and every player! Get my point? There are way too many variables and variances in play, so much so that not any single aspect can become the main influencer or contributor. Then there's also the different luck levels that each one of us has...some are always lucky, most are not. -
@Jelena_PragmaticPlay Why do I think so? Hmmm...I would say I know so, through the numerous times and the various games that I have played and lost! I have hardly ever won anything worth remembering at all...totally the opposite of my few favourite Playtech games!!! Why are PP games so bad? Their free spins feature games are so blardly hard to get, they offer a ridiculously low 5, 6, 7, up to 10 free spins when triggered, some without any fixed win multiplier, hoping for the multipliers to drop in instead, the free spins hardly ever gets retriggered over and over again (see my 590 free spins from 34 retriggers screenshot in the Mega Win thread), but most importantly, my favourite few Playtech games always eats and pays in a nice balanced algorithmic balance. Pragmatic games do not, in all the above aspects. Also, I used to play in PP's Social Tournaments everyday, without fail, but nowadays, I only do login to collect my daily prizes, and maybe do one daily Ticket Tournament. Have completed lost interest in PP games...and that is the blunt honest truth!

Today, I checked a few of PP games at my local Asian casino and I'm happy to see that the minimum required bet on some games is only RM0.20, so that makes it playable for me...not much higher than Playtech's RM0.15 minimum bet. PP games can never be as good as Playtech's, but to keep up my points for this contest, I need to get more screenshots, so here's today's collection: The Dog House: 17x, 21x, 21x, 23x, 25x, 28x, 35x, 50x, 79x, 150x (10 screenshots, 449 points) (TOTAL: 572 points) PS: As you can see, even PP games play MUCH BETTER at my Asian casino than at any European casino!

@cocopop3011 I have a suggestion...replay links should only be required for wins of 100x and above (this would lessen the need to take and post replay links each and every time...and they don't always work either, as it seems). I'm sure by now you'd have realised how busy both you and Jelena has become with that very low 10x win requirement for screenshots. I think it would be best to stick to the usual 50x in future. This contest has become much more active than usual simply because of those BIGGER PRIZES...nothing more.

3 players are currently in a hot race for the top 3 positions... @ales200, @Blackjax and @Fiekie247. I'm somewhere way down below...but where are the other regular members???... @helenakp, @blondie, @Flatzem, @OliverCooper (you said you would be entering bro!) and @stanko1996. Our big gun player @Astaroth is also not in action as yet.

Yes, thankfully it needed only a 10x multiplier, otherwise I would have quit the game empty handed! It took around 500 blardy spins just to trigger the 1st free spins game. Got only 2 free spins games in total, lost over 50 EUR (starting balance of 20 EUR deposit + 80 EUR bonus) in just a few minutes, then I got so fed up I quit playing that PP game and enjoyed some Gamomat games instead. Total screenshots obtained? 3...20x, 50x and 53x. RUBBISH!!!

I used to love that song too, but it means so much more to me now than ever before...the lyrics, the song and what it stands for.

So, how does this competition looks for me??? #1 Pragmatic games only...AAARGH! #2 I can play PP games at my regular Asian casino, but the minimum starting bet is so much higher...one more AAARGH! #3 No playing at any European casino for me, unless I make a few exceptions, which I may or may not do. #4 No need to aim for the top 5 winning spots, they'd most probably be won by high roller members, so chances of winning greatly reduced...AAARGH! #5 Anyone interested to buy my 100 EUR Amazon vouchers if I do take part and win them (at a discount of course)???!!! My top dislike....playing with real cash money just to win some paper purchasing pieces!!!

I think @cocopop3011 was referring to Bonus Buys (as usual) and not games that has Bonus Buy features (which would exclude so many of PP games, as you've said bro.) Secondly, I do hope this contest is only for Askgamblers members (there are already a huge number of high roller members out there, if you don't already know).

Well @Fiekie247 bro, I cannot disagree with your points and I do see what you're driving at. Nonetheless, I am me, and will always be me, and I'll do everything my way, as Frank Sinatra once said.

At certain times of any year, some online casinos tend to organise competitions at their websites, but instead of offering cash or bonus prizes, they offer online vouchers instead. I'm totally not interested in such competition prizes, so I would simply watch, read and skip. Simple as that, hehehe. Whaaaat? Whyyyy? The competitions are quite good really, you might say, but only those who don't see the overall big picture would say that! Let me say out 3 excellent reasons why voucher prizes are actually quite USELESS to gamblers, but a great boon to online casinos and shopping websites. #1 Vouchers are usually in a fixed monetary value per voucher. They cannot be exchanged for real cash but can only be used to buy goods from their shopping websites. So once you start collecting their vouchers, you can expect a long period of 'collecting more necessary vouchers' before you can actually buy that something that you really want. Otherwise, you'd have to use those vouchers to buy UNNECESSARY things that you don't want, just to avoid that 'long collection period'. #2 Vouchers usually have expiry dates on them, so if not used within its validity period, they become void and COMPLETELY USELESS! This has happened to me once before, some years back, when I was staying in another part of my country. I had over RM100 in vouchers from a local shopping mart, which I haven't used yet, simply because I didn't know what to buy with them at that moment in time. Then came the time when I had to move to another part of the country, but that shopping mart was not available there, so those vouchers finally expired and I had wasted a good RM100 all for nothing! Yeah, yeah, I know, this is not the case with online shopping as per se, but those vouchers may still expire in time! #3 Vouchers may be from different companies, are not exchangeable and cannot be used anywhere else. That says everything! If its Amazon Vouchers, you can only buy things from Amazon websites. What? Your desired item can only be bought at eBay? So go get eBay Vouchers then, or look for competitions from casinos that offer eBay Voucher prizes! None that I know of, hahaha. There are more reasons why not to use any kind of vouchers, but I'll let you do the thinking for yourself.

Let's have some chit chat :)

Poor doctor! He took all the precautions and safety measures as necessary, yet some blardy f**cking thief was around to cut the chain and steal that expensive ebike. Life certainly can be so cruel to some nice people!
