Nonetheless, with such a ridiculous conversion rate, I would never have accepted it and would have demanded a full refund! Now the casino is using that fault in the conversion rate as a means to delay, or even deny, paying your full winning amount.

The game's RTP is never focussed onto any one player! What actually may make a difference is your current overall RTP at any one casino! If your RTP is on the good side, any game may play badly, and vice versa. Still, no one can say for sure but I'm pretty confident that would affect your on-going game play at any casino.
