ich möchte eine formelle Beschwerde bezüglich eines weiterhin ungeklärten Auszahlungsproblems bei Slotexo einreichen.
Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 500 CHF von meinem Slotexo-Konto beantragt. Die Auszahlung wurde anschließend storniert.
Zunächst teilte mir Slotexo mit, dass die Auszahlung möglicherweise aufgrund eines technischen Problems beim Zahlungsdienstleister fehlgeschlagen sei. Später wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass meine Bank die Auszahlung abgelehnt oder storniert habe.
Ich habe daraufhin direkt meine Bank kontaktiert. Meine Bank teilte mir mit, dass sie die Auszahlung weder abgelehnt noch storniert hat und auch keine entsprechende Anfrage zu dieser Transaktion erhalten hat.
Ich habe Slotexo mehrfach kontaktiert und um die Transaktions-/Referenznummer, Informationen zum Zahlungsdienstleister, einen möglichen Ablehnungs- oder Fehlercode sowie einen Nachweis gebeten, aus dem hervorgeht, dass meine Bank die Auszahlung tatsächlich abgelehnt hat.
Stattdessen wurde mir mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass mein Fall an die zuständige Fachabteilung weitergeleitet wurde und dass ich einen offiziellen Bericht bzw. eine abschließende Antwort erhalten würde. Trotz mehrerer Nachfragen habe ich bisher weder eine konkrete Erklärung noch den angeforderten Bericht oder meine 500 CHF erhalten.
Ich bitte daher um eine unabhängige Prüfung dieses Falls und um Unterstützung bei der Klärung und Lösung des Problems.
Ich kann sämtliche relevanten Nachrichten mit Slotexo, Screenshots der stornierten Auszahlung sowie die mir vorliegenden Informationen meiner Bank zur Verfügung stellen.
Ich bitte insbesondere darum, dass Slotexo einen Nachweis für die Behauptung vorlegt, dass meine Bank die Auszahlung abgelehnt hat, und dass die Angelegenheit bezüglich meiner 500 CHF abschließend geklärt wird.

Just sharing my experience with SlotBunny and looking for some advice on how to proceed.
I opened my account August 11 using a $50 free-play offer they emailed me. I have one account, don't use a VPN, and completed KYC even though deposit was BTC.
On August 27 I deposited $117.97 in BTC and requested a $1,000 withdrawal. It sat pending for several days. On my third follow-up, support told me they still hadn't heard back from their team and would send another request.
Four minutes later, my withdrawal was rejected for “multiple accounts.”
I was told their system detected multiple accounts associated with my IP. When I asked for proof, support said they couldn't see what actually caused the accounts to be associated and that Compliance made the final decision.
My balance was also reduced by nearly $2,000. They returned my $117.97 deposit, but I still haven't been given any evidence that I had another account.
I emailed their management as instructed in their Terms of Service and have not received a response.
Mainly posting this for awareness, but I'm also looking for advice on how to proceed and fight to get the winnings I'm owed. Has anyone dealt with SlotBunny over a similar “multiple accounts/IP” issue, or had success getting a casino to reverse something like this?
