      Hi rewinder, welcome to our forum. And congratulations on your winnings. There are many factors that will come into play when deciding whether or not you are entitled to your winnings. The major one being, as Awena has already mentioned, YOUR WAGERING. Your no deposit bonus would have come with a certain play-through requirement, so you would need to meet this requirement before you can request a withdrawal. This information can be found in the casinos terms or conditions or you can ask support. Once you find out what the play-through is you then need to know how much you have already completed of that amount. Once you complete it all any money left in your account is yours to KEEP!

      I've had the x10 feature once but couldn't agree more that the free spins are almost impossible to trigger. And I find its a really boring slot too. Not much excitement to it especially when your not winning

I entered a competition with Microgaming that was only available to me as I am a member of staff at Ask Gamblers, It was for the media and journalists, but not for players unfortunately.       Great interview! I have a question! I can't figure out whether or not you have a mobile casino, it seems as though you do as it loads fine on my iPad but then none of the games will load??
