  1. @jan duchau I have spoken to the team who deal with our Certified Casinos. They are aware that these four casinos have fallen below the required CasinoRank Score 8.0. We are giving these casinos a chance to work on their scores, if after the timeframe we have specified to them and their score still remains below the criteria, the COT will be removed. We are keeping a close a eye on this and all parties involved are aware.
  2. Since you have failed to post any screenshots, I have checked these four casinos myself and I can see these 4 have a lower score than 8.0 so I am currently investigating this with our team and will report my findings

So for these 4 casinos please PUBLICLY provide the proof that these casinos do not comply with our COT rules and I will investigate. DO NOT PM me - please post this publicly. We are all waiting.
  5. Please watch how you are taking to staff members, because of this continues you’ll receive a warning. We have THOUSANDS of reviews, I didn’t launch a project for paid reviews because we don’t get reviews, I launched it because I wanted to do something nice for our loyal members. Like I said there is absolutely nothing you have wrote that has been correct. You have claimed casinos don’t deserve the certificate of trust and I’ve proved you wrong every time. So far there’s not been a single piece of valid proof sent by you. I’m still waiting..

Also @jan duchau just in reply to a comment you left when a Guest user managed to create a post tonight (they were able to as I have been editing the forum today, adding new topics and sections and it seems the guest feature was kept on in this particular topic which of course has now been disabled) But, in response to you reply saying if only admin would review all posts - I do, I heavily moderate the forum every single day and night. Sometimes spam posts are going to fall through the net unless I apply a setting which means every single post needs approval which I'm not going to do. Hope that answers your post and sorry I had to delete it but it was attached to the topic that had to be removed

  10. From what I can see SupaCasino cannot be voted as best new casino, only best casino.
  11. I honestly don’t have a clue what you’re talking about to be honest If SupaCasi casino allows you to nominate them it means they were added during the dates specified above. Every casino always has a new review page. Not sure what you mean when you say why create when you can update? That doesn’t make sense. And I’ve not changed any license so again I don’t know what you mean.
  12. As I already explained multiple times, this is not new casinos that have opened, we are aware already when the casinos opened. This is when they were added to our database, it’s also very clearly displayed on our AG Awards page as shown below. It’s nothing new and has been the same every year with the awards

  17. It does not go on when the casino was launched, it goes on when the casino was added at AG and this casino was added in December last year which is why it now falls within this category
