  1. If you think you have exhausted all your options and believe the casinos is delaying in their response to you I would file a complaint on our site. Please make sure to include all the information you have including any supporting evidence that you can attach.

  5. We are not encouraging it! I think people are jumping the gun here. Like I said, it will not be a contest that only allows bonus buys, it will be a contest that simply removes the rule that says they are not allowed.
  6. I’ve not even thought yet about how we would calculate the bets to be honest. Just seeing who would be interested in a contest like this first, then the rules would follow.
  7. We’ve always tried new things, the contests are fine the way they are but it’s always good to experiment with other concepts. And this would be a ONE OFF contest only. If I run this contest, it would run the same way but all extra bets bonus bets etc etc would be allowed. So the contest will be exactly the same but that rule we have would be removed as a one off. So even if you don’t want to bonus bet or extra bet you can still take part. It wouldn’t a bonus bet-only contest.
  8. That’s fine Afi, it wouldn’t replace any contests but just considering an extra one, one month for members interested.
  9. Nope I don’t think so. I mean maybe we could have a one off bonus buy mini contest one month if enough people expressed interest. I would make it a 3rd contest that specific month and the budget would need to be adjusted across the three contests. I’ll do you a deal, if you, or someone, creates a topic to see who would be interested, I’ll then make a decision from there for later on in the year.

  14. The original poster has not come forward on our forum, but I was already made aware of the situation and have spoke to CM. Since the casino is a Certified one of ours and AG was mentioned in the original topic as a source of finding the casino to be a trusted one, then we obviously have to do some investigations into this and take any necessary steps on current review pages. I’m not sure what @Damien7780 has, I have read his review already but waiting on a reply from him.

  21. Please let us know if the casino does not respond. And, if you open the complaint please make sure to upload all your communication emails that you sent and received at the time of the exclusion and any other supporting evidence that you have.
  22. @atsalmanat I have checked and it is because you have not provided any evidence of your communication with the casino. You must upload all your supporting evidence with your complaint.
