IMPORTANT - Please remember you must have at least a qualifying screenshot to hold your position on the leaderboard. Getting the winning screenshot is your first most important thing to do. If you choose to play on autospin and don’t capture the screenshot there is nothing I can do to help.

I just wanted to clear something up here about the difference between @Fiekie247 and @Manfred @Fiekie247 is a very valued and trusted member of the forum as you are ALL aware. HOWEVER, the rules of the contests are you must have a valid winning screenshot first and foremost. You all know this. There are times where you give me a winning screenshot but can’t get a game log so I allow you time to get this (even after a contest closes) HOWEVER, this situation is different. I do not have a winning screenshot to hold the position on the leaderboard. And actually I purposely didn’t comment in this topic until about 10/11am in the hope that Fiekie would grab that screenshot. I would love nothing more than to allow him time to get the screenshot but I have to follow the rules also and I cannot bend these rules any further to favourite a member. Fiekie is a much loved member by myself but you are all aware of the rule when playing on auto spin. @Manfred submitted everything he needed to before the closing time. I am not “ allowing” him any extra time for anything. The extra time is because I am investigating his win to make sure it authentic since he is about to take first place. So to make sure it is fair on all of you who have spent the last however many days posting screenshots in here, I have decided to take this action. So I’ve not allowed him any extra time, he done everything he needed to before 23:59. The distorted screenshot was not his fault which I learned after checking out mobile site. Had the screenshot not have been clear on mobile his screenshot would have been disqualified as he didn’t reply until after midnight with his next post. But upon checking mobile I could see there was nothing wrong with his original post. If anyone thinks that I am not being fair you are of course free to PM me. @Icy the final leaderboard will remain on hold until I clear the win up with Booming games.

No it’s okay I understand the frustration here. I actually checked our mobile version after it was mentioned above and the screenshot is clear on mobile, so it looks like it was distorted somehow on web which is not his fault. This means that he has actually provided the information requested to qualify, however, since this is determining the first place position, AND he is a brand new member, and the fact that his balance is extremely large (using a currency I am unaware of) then I am requesting the additional information so we can verify the screenshot.

I will check any screenshot that I think could break the rules, but so far I don’t suspect anyone of using bonus buys, but if that situation was to arrive then of course the person would first be asked to submit proof from live chat that no bonus buy was used, then I would check with the provider. If you feel a member had used a bonus buy you are free to report this to me via PM of course and I will take a look. Hope that helps

Yeah the thing is, it’s the other way around this time. So a winning screenshot is what’s needed to allow your pending position, then I allow time to get a game log. But with this one I don’t have a winning screenshot to hold the position for you. I’m sorry Fiekie but my hands are tied here.

Hello and welcome to the contest. Could you please resubmit your log without highlighting it blue it's really hard to make out on my screen.

The rules are you can play until 23:59 GMT, so your screenshot must be dated the 16th December in your timezone. If your timezone is later than GMT, screenshots will only be accepted until 23:59 GMT. For refernece it is now 19:46 GMT so looks like they’re is a one hour time difference.

I can wave my magic wand quite a lot but I have to stick to the rules as well otherwise it wouldn’t be fair on everyone else

Unfortunately, players are responsible for collecting their screenshots so I can’t help further with this one. I can help when a game log is required, but when it comes to screenshots I can’t. The rule is that all wins must be captured by the player, even during autospin
