      I have to be honest I was quite surprised myself when I just looked I didn't think they'd have so many! In that case I really do hope they see the OP's 'mistake' as a mistake or I'm guessing there'll be another complaint for them to deal with.

      As a rule it's £20, sometimes if my budget is stretched or depending on wagering it could even be £10. That's pretty much been my rule since I started playing with a very few excpetions of £50. Never deposited anything more than £50 in one go.

      I do find it strange the date of birth was so wrong. I'd understand if it was like 24 instead of 25, easy mistake pressing wrong button like that and nt noticing. But like you said verification documents should do it. I have seen in the past though some casinos returning deposits, not for this exact mistake. I can't remember what registration it was now, but something silly.

      Hmmm...strange mistake really considering 17 is not like 25 but I guess a mistake is a mistake, hopefully the casino will agree. Nope I've never had this issue before personally. I've accidentally put Mr instead of Mrs though But on a more serious note, hopefully it will be good and they'll understand. Keep us posted.

      Never had the major, boy would everyone know if I had. The other hald had the minor some years ago now won £9.95 But it is one of my favourite jackpot games but extremely versatile for me. Surprised to hear you had no retriggers though since in my experience the game is quite notorious for giving those so I guess you just played it on a bad day

      So I've just come across something which I haven't come across before A casino that has both a MGA license and UK license but upon speaking to live chat they told me they don't accept players from the UK. Don't really get why they'd have a UK license to be honest it was always my honest understanding that only UK players adhere and can use the UK license in a mixed license casino. But I guess I was wrong, right?

      Hehe - I read from start to finish So many points to comment on but I'll keep it brief. Agree about the silly bonus term with losing the free spins I guess I'd be pretty annoyed with that too, seems a bit unfair if you ask me but I gues they're compensating in other ways with fast withdrawals and customer support and you know I love good support!! Really strange you can only play Fynn in demo mode, doesn't really make much sense, hopefully Rick can work his magic for you and get it live. Quick question, did you actually get the deposit fee back too?
