      Have you made the withdrawal and been asked for verification? If so then all the info on what you need to send should be in the email they sent you? Or are you wanting to make a withdrawal?

      It probabbly would have been a good idea to answer since it may have answered some of your questions. While you wait for the statements - you've checked with your bank that the money was definitely taken more than once? Was it taken via a debit card transaction or wire transfer? Sorry I'm just trying to understand how they could take the money twice because when I deposit using my card a casino couldn't use my card details again without a continued authorisation from me to my bank so I'm not entirely sure how they could take it?

      Yeah, I've never been a fan of Elk either really so I'm afraid I haven't played it and very much doubt I will.

      That would make sense and especially now it's this brand I'd be really surprised if it was anything else. More often or not with my Natwest transactions take up to 3 or more days to actuaklly show even though the money is taking instantly.

      And there's the reason why OP hasn't received the money. Considering this is in 4 days I'm completely shocked their website is still allowing people to register and there's no warning signs. But on saying that when I worked for MFI and they went into liquidisation they still took orders knowing they would never get fulfilled. OP - Mind us asking how much your winnings were? If they have dissolved I can't see any way you'll get your wiinnings.

      Does anyone have access to your casino account or your card/bank details? Cancel any payments/standing orders etc to the casino so no more can be taken, cancel your card even. I'm struggling to see how they can take the money without some kind of payment agreement though. Which casino is it?

      The casino seems to have a history of complaints regarding payments but the good news they are getting resolved. You are free to submit a complaint here at AskGamblers if you feel the casino are not responsding. ....And I've actually just realised you've said nothing after 1 year? You made the withdrawal a year ago?

      Well if you only withdrew it yesterday it could take up to 3 business days like the guidelines mention. I've had payments in 1 day sometimes it takes the 3 and now with the weekend I'd say it will probabbly be there Monday. Patience is a virtue dear.

      Yeah I'm not actually sure who you turn to because they're not actually part of Camelot. I'm also surprised to see they have 4.97 on Trustpilot. Is it a direct debit you have set up to pay?

      I assume you're in the UK, right? To be honest I've never heard of a lottery syndicate site - I only play lotto through the actual National Lottery website. Is the site legit? I know you don't want to name it which makes it difficult to establish if it is or not - but it just surprises me that there's no other method of payment?

Sorry I'm late to the party on this one btw - I can see it's already been pinned so job has already been done Just touching on what Afi has said - unfortunately members only seem to come to a forum for help and advice AFTER they've deposited, played and broken the rules I was even guilty of that myself all those years ago when I started - It was actually the other half that introduced me to this forum. But hopefully your guide will still be able to make a difference to the let's say ... more sensible players who read first then play

      It's funny because I used to play Venetian Rose on the MG download if I remember rightly and then when MG started adding games to mobile this was one of the more recent games to be added there! But the game is identical to other NextGen games alike so I've always considered it NextGen myself. But anyway guys I've just been chatting to our team and they just wanted to thank you for bringing this to their attention. When the game was first uploaded the team did have lack of data however everything has been updated now guys!

      The first game that came to my mind before I read the blog and for obvious reasons is Spring Break - but to be honest regardless of it's name I'd put this game in the summer category since the symbols in it couldn't be further from our spring in the UK Never had any luck with Venetian Rose - had a few sessions on it after seeing screenshots from Valdes I think it was but it never made it into one of my regular games.

      Just been having a browse - I've seen BlackCatSeven somewhere before but can't remember where - @Valdes - did he used to be a member here a few years ago?
