      Okay so you're basically slating us but your post has been approved as you are of course entitled to your opinion. Also this is a good way to get an answer as to why exactly your complaint has been rejected and our admin @ValDes will be along to answer that soon. I can assure you that! Agree that the transcript from the casino is completely unprofessional and if they actually did say that to me I'd be pretty annoyed too. I don't know anything at all about sports betting so I can't really comment on that side of it. However, there will be a reason your complaint was rejected and Valdes may even give you advise on how to get a new one opened so what I'd suggest you do is wait for his reply. P.s See you're not banned so looks like you were wrong there ?

      If my father was here he'd answer straight away, I I'm afriad don't have a clue. He puts football bets on for me every weekend and if it wins I get the winnings - how the bets actually work I have no clue. But I'm sure we're bound to have someone here who can help you out.. Just a quick note though - should you really be placing bets on football if you don't really understand how they work ?

      @Afi4wins I've found a new Playtech casino to try - Vegas Luck (sister site to BGO) dount you've played there its a UK Casino but was quite shocked to see Playtech games. Had a leaflet through the door with some free spins to tried them out. And we have them at AG now too. Only thing is: 1. They have deposit fees under £500 2. Withdrawal fees Hate both of those factors so not sure if I'll proceed with a deposit yet... Sorry to hear your news again though, how will you ever cope with those wild animlas and retriggers!!!

      Wow from me too! I still remember you posting this topic can't believe it was all those years ago and so much has happened and indeed changed since then. I've never been a huge fan of fun play but now more than ever I just don't have the time to try fun play. And, since I often have gaps in my play now, with some months only seeing my making a single deposit, by the next time I make my deposit a few new games have come out and I'm jumping straight in in real mode. But tbh I've been guilty of this since I started playing @Afi4wins Do you still carry out such testing on new games?

      Yeah I know this point has already been addressed but you definitely cannot withdraw to a pre-paid Mastercard, well to my knowledge anyway, It's like the Skrill MasterCard you can't withdraw to that I assume all other pre-paid ones are the same. They should instead be offering you a bank transfer.

      Massive kudos to our complaints team on this complaint which has just seen the player get his huge withdrawal of 330 BTC! If you read the complaint from the start you'll see how much this money meant to the player and his family, luckILy our team were able to step in and help and voila! Well done guys, you can also read more about it here. I actually thought this was a very interesting complaint and imho his so-called "friend" was the one that really made this turn on it's head "claiming the account was his." I'm just glad the player seen sense, went alont and got the resolution he was hoping for.

      I guess you can speculate all day long but if support has stopped communicating with you I highly suggest you take my advice considering how much is at stake here.

      Yep agree and myself worry about this term whenever I mangage to make a withdrawal. I am lucky though that to date I've never had this term imposed and a pathetic excuse given to refuse a withdrawal.
