Afternoon everyone! So I just wanted to update you all on what has happened with the 1st place winner. So, I received a message from a new user stating they were indeed @kayenne23 and that their web browser had completely lost all of their log ins and passwords. This meant that the user could not log into his AG account and could not get a password reset as they did not have access to their original email address either. We have tried to link the two accounts but unfortunately with different IP addresses and no other information to go in it has not been possible. I have sent numerous messages to the new account claiming to be the winner to ask them to do a password reset of the email adreess we have registered and to send me a private email from that adress so I can confitm it is the winner. I have not received this or any further replies. With that being said I have absolutely no proof that the new member is in fact @kayenne23 and I cannot issue the prize to said user.. The prize will be left there to claim to allow @kayenne23 to reaccess his account or to send me the email I have requested. I hope you all agree that there was no way I can issue a payment without proof. In regards to eveyone elses prizes, please let me know once they have been received as the casino has received the information.
