      I have moved you post here @Blackjax Yeah sure, I'm always looking for new competition ideas and this sounds great. It's so hard to get contests to suit everyone and my biggest hurdle when we have great ideas is country restrictions. I promise I am working hard behind the scenes to come up with a better way to run these contests and to ger them more regular.

      @Fiekie247 @pinnit2015 The casino has reposnded that they are still investing the leaderboard situation, when I know more, you'll be the first to know. The free spins issue can be taken up with support as the prizes were issued without my knowledge.

      As far as I'm aware, the spins were being credited on the same game, so Doom of Dead. Have you both checked this game? Did either of you ask support why they were not added? I'm still waiting to hear back about the leaderboard, in the meantime can you please chase up the spins with support as they are aware of the competition and should be able to add the spins. If not then I'll mention this tomorow. I assumed you'd both had them.

      I have been chatting with the team and if you feel that the casino is not responding to you accordingly even though you have followed all the steps they have required (if you have) then you can submit a new complaint. I would advise you to support your claim with the following evidence: 1. Screenshots of correspondence with the casino (emails/chats) and the dats should be visible 2. Screenshot/s from casino account transaction history with all details clearly visible Also, has the casino requested any additional info from you?
