Hello and welcome back. Yes I would definitely say their standard bonus terms will apply to this bonus. I just checked our weekend bonus and we don't have those 5x maximum withdrawal terms attached. So I checked the casino which says 1.2. Maximum possible withdrawal amount from no deposit bonuses received in the Bonus Shop: x5 of the amount of bonus or funds received from free spins (depends on the status of the account). So it seems the rule is only for no deposit bonuses? So your 35% bonus should not have that term attached, but the free spins will have the 100eur max withdrawal attached.
