  2. Came across this casino a couple of days ago. Art Casino. First thing I saw was 'No Verification', 'VPN Allowed'. Interested to know if any of you have played there?

The thing is I actually have received a reply, TWICE, in relation to this but it's still not clear to me what the answer was which is why I have not told you as I don't want you to be disqualified.   6. Thank you for understanding and being patient. Yes there were some changes this month but now the invoices are ready for payment I’m really hoping Thursday they will be paid.
  7. Unfortunately, We are not responsible for who people decide to sign up to these casinos from. As Afi mentioned in a previous post, when you’re signing up to casinos from all different sites or directly, it’s up to you to remember who you signed up from. Just to let you know nearly ALL our sponsored contests have this rule, i am the one the one that pushes for this rule to be changed. Sometimes these rules are even beyond my powers. Not all of our contests are going to run smoothly, there are going to be times when we have hiccups like we have in this one.

  9. Looks like their live chat is either not 24/7 or for eligible countries only. I'll make sure we update our casino review once we have more clear information.
  10. Well they must have live chat because @ales200 showed screenshots. Also our review states they have live chat. It says on their site they have, however, I myself can't seem to open a live chat box. But Ales has definitely spoken with them.

It's okay, don't be sorry The casino should have been able to tell you where you signed up from but yes when you mention such forums and third-party tournaments this is the kind of generic reply you will generally get as lice chat agents aren't aware of the tournament. I am just working out which is your highest multiplier to send it for verification.
