If you’ve had your €200 back I’m confused what point you’re trying to argue here? It could have been a losing bet for all you know but you still got your bet returned? Unless you have some proof that this was a winning bet there’s not much we can do to help you.

Okay so I have just checked and without speaking to the team because they are not working today, I can only assume that the casino sent them proof that the bet was paid correctly which is why they came to the conclusion to close your complaint.
