  1. Contest Dates - 7th May - 14th May 11:59 pm GMT IMPORTANT - This contest will end at 23:59 GMT. This means screenshots will not be accepted after this date, your screenshot must be within the contest dates and you must submit it within 48 hours of collecting the win. Concept - Highest Winning Multiplier The prize fund stands at 2000 EUR in cash, with 10 places on the leaderboard. Taking Part To take part in the contest, you can pick any Pragmatic Play slot at a casino of your choice, (the casino must be listed at AskGamblers) and there is no minimum bet! You can earn points based on your multiplier, and the minimum multiplier is 10x. Only your highest-winning multiplier counts during the entire tournament You must capture your win, including the casino name, time and date, and bet size. If your screenshot does not include this information you MUST submit your game log in the forum and any screenshots missing this information will not be accepted. ALL NEW MEMBERS - Your first entry must include a game log Screenshots MUST be your own. If I find out they are not it will result in disqualification from all AG Contests. We can no longer accept photos taken of a laptop or desktop device. Screenshots will only be accepted that have been taken from the device. Videos are no longer being accepted.   10. This exactly the thing you need to be including in your complaint! If they’re asking you for things you physically cannot provide and they’re not listening this is what the AGCCS need to know.
  11. Tbh this really isn’t sufficient enough so I can understand why it was rejected. You should be explaining that you already had submitted everything they asked for, including extras and that they are stalking your withdrawal asking for additional documents and even after providing them they are not accepting and explaining what it is they’re asking for. I think your opinions of them and what you think AG should do about the casino review has actually overshadowed the actual reasons why you’re submitting the complaint. I can’t do nothing until Tuesday because we are in limited staff. Are you prepared to write the text if I ask them if you can re-submit?

  13. @brassnuts just so we know where we are at with this, the last thing they did ask you for, did you say you did end up sending it? Or you can’t get it to send? Sorry, re-jog my memory. Or is it a case of you’re just not wanting to send it because you’ve already sent them so much?

I think probably just attaching screenshots won’t give them a clear explanation as to what’s going on, yes they can see what’s being asked, but we’ve spoken a lot about this topic and that really should be included. Don’t forget they’ve never heard about this case before so a better written explanation from you would have been better, even adding screenshots from this topic.

  16. Did you explain your complaint properly? I can’t see it to see what you wrote. Did you explain that the casino is clearly stalling and they’ve already submitted more than enough? I’ll see if I can access your complaint tomorrow, but I can’t change their decision I’m afraid. Only if you didn’t properly explain what had gone on.   17. Pictures might makes sense to you because you’re from Belgium I’m not which is why I asked you to explain yourself in words! If you can’t have a conversation without losing your temper every time then yes, maybe it is best that you log out. I already stated above that I will forward your suggestions, you know I cannot do this until next week, and I’ve already explained there is no one in the office for me to talk to at the moment, I was merely trying to gather information from you to back up your suggestion when I forward it but if you can’t act like a grown up then feel free to log out. I can’t go to the team with a picture you’ve sent me I have to back it up.
  18. Moved your topic because you failed to actually explain yourself properly! Please do not try to patronise me. On a quick google search of Tsars using a VPN I can browse and create an account there. (Not through AskGamblers) Nothing to suggest it is restricted for Belgium players.
