      Wow this is a great post,in cant believe I haven't read it before. And I totally agree with you, your spot in, the experience itself is enough, it doesn't matter whether you win or loose ......................I'm so lying there, it does matter lol, but you all know what I mean! The whole atmosphere puts you on such a high doesn't it. I would love to go to America, Las Vegas anywhere that has all these massive casinos just for the experience. The ones we have here at home are nothing compared to those bad boys. It's a dream that will never happen....unless I win hundreds of thousands of pounds, which is highly unlikely, but not impossible....but if it only stays a dream then ..WHAT A DREAM! You have to really love the thrill of a casino and online gaming to appreciate what I mean...but I am sure there are plenty of people who share my opinion

      I used to use Paysafe and UKASH quite a lot when playing in casinos in my early days, I don't really use them now but I had an email the other day off them with a code for a free £5, all I had to do was buy a voucher and then combine it with their code to redeem it.i haven't done it yet but I will do but it made me think.....which can be quite dangerous for me sometimes lol...but anyway..... It made me realise that you can't purchase a Paysafe Card or a UKASH voucher online through either of their sites, you can only get them in certain outlets? This is so stupid!! Surely they would make a Fortune by allowing people to purchase them online? Why would you restrict this when you could profit so much more? I am a genius I am I tell you...when this goes global I'm demanding royalties from them lol. And I said it here on ASK GAMBLERS first! I won't forget you little people when I'm rich I promise hehe .. Just kidding It is a good idea though innit?

      Hmmmm...he who dares wins though right? You need to have serious money to be able to play Avalon and win big anyway, I've had the opportunity once and only once but that's only because I had already won loads so had a big balance starting off. I agree all the Multiplayers can rinse you...but on the flip side they can make u very wealthy too. I had a streak of good luck on them, now I'm just loosing all the time so giving them a break

      Hello again Lucas, I have a question for you if I may? I love video slots, as you know but I am a little confused with your bonus system at the moment. I've been offered a reload bonus of 100% as I have had before and taken up but I have never understood why it only gets released in 100% increments? I don't see where the incentive is? You get the bonus then you are restricted for a withdrawal until you have met the wagering of course but you don't really get any benefit from it as it comes over every £2 (on a 20 deposit). It just seems like a pointless bonus? But I'm thinking maybe I'm not looking at it in the right way? I was wondering if you could explain it to me? I'm not being negative or anything its just purely out of interest, I'm not a negative person :-)

      I hope you manage to get it sorted...maybe Marcin could help. I don't want to put a downer on the situation but times where I have had winnings void, a few hundred quid because apparently I was in breach of their terms, which has happened a few times, I have argued with them till I'm blue in the face but it doesn't get you anywhere even if you do have proof. But this only happens with the type of casinos that should even have a license, if its happened to anyone you will know exactly what type of casinos I'm talking about. But it's very unusual for this type of behaviour to come from a casino so reputable as Redbet and I'm sure there will be some explanation.

      That's unusual for Redbet, not to be helpful, but I do know what you mean. Did you take a screen shot Susan at the time? Because if you got proof that you placed the bet on that number and it wasn't credited surely by law they have to then honour that ? I will say though its very unusual not for a win to be credited, I don't personally play roulette but I know with slots I play especially the multiplayer slots, when I get free spins sometimes it doesn't show but then once i do a spin its there. Did you contact live help straight away?
