Maybe you have joined from a restricted country and they have just noticed that?! One way or another the best solution is to contact directly their customer support and to insist on getting a decent explanation for your issue. Once you get this explanation and if not agree with it, you are free to submit a complaint against the casino in question by using our complaint system.

Hi Digggerodelll and welcome to the forum! Yep, I've played there, although our website still does not present them. Made only one deposit, had quite a good time with Rook's Revenge but lost everything eventually. Did not manage to test the withdrawal procedure unfortunately so can't help you about it. The website is pretty cool and the support is ok. Hope you will have a good time there.

Great to hear that the prize pool is now even bigger! And that's definitely one of the few casino races which is worth dealing with. Just one small remark if you allow me Lucas. Don't you think that up to 10 days for crediting the awards is somehow quite a long time? I know that you have to make an audit to be sure there isn't any fraud from player's side, but still... "within 10 days"?! Come on guys, I know you can be much faster than that, right?!

Better contact the casino support and try to find the answer by yourself - much faster and way more convinient if you ask me! Usually we pay much more attention to the list of restricted countries, not to the accepted ones.
