      Maybe you have joined from a restricted country and they have just noticed that?! One way or another the best solution is to contact directly their customer support and to insist on getting a decent explanation for your issue. Once you get this explanation and if not agree with it, you are free to submit a complaint against the casino in question by using our complaint system.

Made only one deposit, had quite a good time with Rook's Revenge but lost everything eventually. Did not manage to test the withdrawal procedure unfortunately so can't help you about it. I have just received a notification from Lucas (the rep for VideoSlots.com casino) that the unpleasant issue with eCOGRA's audit is now resolved! Here's the link for audits - http://www.ecogra.org/certificates/certificate.aspx?cid=410#1 And at the end, I would like to say that by providing us with this crucial info even after three months (have to clarify that 99% of these three months were used by eCOGRA as we all know how fast they really are when it comes to solving an issue ), Lucas proved to be a man of his word! And in my humble opinion this is probably the most important quality, which every single casino manager should own!
