      In addition to what our beloved Mr PinniT explained, there's yet another common scenario when it comes to payment fees and namely, charging on deposits instead on withdrawals. Pretty common practice across Direx N.V. brands, BitStarz and Cleopatra casinos to name a few. Bottom line, a sheer number of casino operators would either split with or transfer some/all payment cost to the player. Charging payment fees in exchange of payment speed though is totally unacceptable IMHO.
