Hi @Hkaris, As previously explained, it would be next to impossible for AG Complaints Team to provide any adequate review and investigation in this situation without the relevant gaming logs to prove your thesis for amassing the winnings without any bonus funds being involved in one stage or another. Now, if the operator is refusing to provide such gaming logs, please submit a new AGCCS case which I'm pretty sure will be accepted and processed immediately. In the meantime, I'm tagging the casino rep here who might be willing to share their stance on the matter. @montecryptos ? -
Hey there @Adieyates5 and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Hmm, have just took a quick look across PP terms and to my greatest surprise, couldn't find the typical 'you're not allowed to use a payment method which is not registered under your name' etc... Still and FYI, the common scenario with online operators is that using a payment method such as credit/debit card which is not registered under your name is strictly forbidden UNLESS we talk about a joint bank account. More details will be appreciated on order to get an adequate and correct further advice. Thanks.

Feel free to request the required gaming logs from the casino team, they should be able to extract it and provide in xlsx format for example. No other way to prove you never touched bonus funds I'm afraid. -

Giving your case a further look, I believe that our complaints team might actually made one last attempt to help you but hey, you must realize and understand you are expected to provide a detailed description of the entire chain of events, supported by the relevant proofs and not just piles and piles of meaningless text without a single real fact, date, amount, etc... It's really ridiculous what our complaints team has to suffer on a daily basis! Jeez! Oh, it appears that our support team had the chance to learn about your issue too due to the countless flood of live chats and emails coming from your end on a regular basis! This must really stop!

Hey there, Have just reviewed the rejected case you are referring to. It appears that the information stated in your complaint is probably a hundredth of what's you have already posted in the forum which is really a blatant demonstration of disrespect to our complaints service and team. Anyway, considering this as a mistake made by a new AG member who's not yet in aware of how things work here or who simply cut reading AGCCS Guidelines apparently. Strongly encourage you to limit your forum comments and focus instead on building a strong AGCCS case, containing ALL the relevant facts, details and of course, proofs, that could help the AskGamblers Complaints Team in identifying the issue and finding the best way to help you further. More info of what you are expected to provide has been clearly stated with the rejection message which you obviously have already received. Good luck! : -
Hi @Amrendra Kumar, Have just reviewed your rejected complaints and hey, it appears that you provided 10 times more information in the forum rather than in your complaints which is ridiculous! Let me just explain you (again) that by using our complaints system you are expected to provide ALL the relevant information, facts and proofs you might have in your possession and which could help you justify claim/s against the the affected operator. In other words, you will either provide sufficient information and proofs as requested by the AskGamblers Complaints Team or your complaints will continue to be rejected. It's really simple.
