  1. HI folks While this really interesting discussion is gathering speed, please allow me to make some important clarifications: 1/ The main GOTM goal is to gather as many winner screenshots as possible. Which means limitations of the number of qualifying screenshots on a monthly basis are simply unacceptable. 2/ Unlike the others, AskGamblers is usually running their paid contests without using casino sponsors. Which means, we cannot offer free spins or any other reward requiring direct casino access. 3/ Considering the fact our Loyalty /Points/ System is still in work-in-progress phase, I'm afraid we would not be able to accept any suggestions referring to these points at this stage.
  2. Glad that more and more players start to appreciate the fact that AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/ is not only the most efficient, most popular and fastest free mediation service worldwide, but also realize we are the only ones out there who could really help players having troubles with US friendly casinos. And yes, totally agree with you that Tawni worth her weight in gold! Not only for her bosses, but for all the hundreds of affected players she helped getting paid with the AskGamblers mediation. Will make sure your kind words would reach her eyes and ears.
  3. As usual, the main topic subject has been driven far far away from the point... Actually, ACH has little to do with 'credits' or 'loans'. Detailed explanation of how it works below: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automated_Clearing_House
  4. Couldn't agree more! Playing all these awesome RTG slots with such a great winning potential and knowing you will actually get your winnings in less than 24 hours sounds as a rather beneficial opportunity for any online casino.
  5. Yes indeed, self-exclusion related issue could be a reasonable explanation of the fact you got back your deposits. Actually it sounds like the only possible reason considering the fact they keep silent about the reason of these refunds, no casinos is willing to talk much on this subject anyways... Another good reason I could think of is whether you have been able to register account, deposit and play from a restricted country and then, as soon as they realized their mistake the casino preferred refunding deposits and maybe closing your account.
  6. Exactly, it's all clear till the moment Cassava sent all these SE emails to affected players... The thing is what's happening at a later stage, when lots of players realized the offered refund is nowhere near what they are actually owed and started complaining in front of the UKGC.
  7. Your complaint has been rejected with the relevant rejection message you should have received via email. I'm pretty sure you read that notification email, but in case you missed it, here are the reasons: 1/ You mentioned about sports betting as well as Caribbean slot poker and as per the AGCCS Guidelines & Terms, we do not deal with any other complaints, but casino related. Which means, no poker, no sports betting, no fantasy sports etc etc 2/ Even if you case referred to slots related issue /something you failed to explain within your complaint btw/ it was going to be rejected again considering the lack of bare minimum of adequate information and proofs which could support your statements and claims. Hope the above clarifies the situation. Let us know in case you need further assistance.
  8. Hi all, Since it's obvious now this so called Cassava's Self-Exclusion issue is affecting really really lots of UK punters /mostly/ we will greatly appreciate if you could share within this forum topic how UKGC responded to your complaints referring to the matter. Appreciate your feedback.
  9. Well, if the casino operator/s have no objections and/or additional demands towards your deposits then I don't really see any obstacle to use the money as per your own wishes!
  10. Well then, hello there and welcome back!
  11. Hi Niklas, Well, weird situation indeed, however far from being unique as we had previously players reporting similar issues here... The bottom line is that IF these money were sent to you by a mistake or any other sort of an issue which resulted in your deposit transactions not being accounted and/or processed by the relevant payment provider, you'd better contact the casino operator immediately and explain the situation. I can assure you the payment provider will find a way to get back their money in one way or another, including but not limited to requesting from your bank to put current lock on your bank account if necessary, which hope you would agree could cause some serious stress and inconveniences.
  12. Well, not quite surprised you didn't won yet with Viking Runecraft... After thousands of spins, this is still my first and only 100+ x bet win so far.
  13. These two are for those wondering if Guru is ever experimenting with not so popular slots...
  14. I see now... You are coming here and posting on behalf a Polish player with the username Alina21 who has been given a permanent ban from AskGamblers, simply because she started to threaten at us as soon as her complaint against Playamo was rejected twice. The reasons why her complaint was rejected are very simple - violation of terms and conditions and player was duly advised to forward their issue in front of the relevant regulatory body in case of a disagreement with the decision taken by the AskGamblers Complaints Team. And now, you have the impudence to come here seeking for a 'justice', just days after the person mentioned above has been banned due to throwing threats against us?! Sorry, but this is not just unacceptable, it's a blatant example of an arrogant behavior which we could and would not tolerate for a second longer! Farewell.
  15. She?! What does "she" has to do with your posts here from the last couple of days?... To be honest, I don't quite get it...
  16. Some players could find this as a rather drastic action, but personally, this is exactly what I would do in this situation. Setting any kind and type of restrictions on using bonuses is definitely NOT a good idea and puts the casino in my ''gambling freezer'' immediately.
  17. Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers. I am at complete loss what you have already started... Could you be so kind sharing more details. And please, make sure you are not violating the Forum Rules by doing forbidden advertising of course...

  19. Hmm, are you sure you posted complaint with AskGamblers? Strange, cause I cannot find a case submitted under your username nor registered email address...

  21. Joining Sharon's wishes for a rightful justice upon these criminals. My prayers are with you and your family, wish you all get well soon and forget about this nightmare as soon as possible.
  22. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. In case you are having an issue with the aforementioned casino operator you may also consider using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about hot to use it here. Let us know in case you need further assistance.
  23. I know you will be surprised to hear that, but I consider Butterfly Staxx to be a fantastic game! The slot is highly addictive, beautifully designed, equipped with great features and magical music, but what matters most is it's perfect for wagering purposes. Had a couple of good 2000+ spin session over the last few weeks and must admit the game could keep adding to your balance on a steady pace even though 100 x bet wins are rare to come. My best achievement so far is only 143 x bet, but the overall session results were + $260 after 2300+ spins. In other words, Butterfly Staxx is a must to try in my game list when it comes to fast and steady bonus wagering grinding. In the meantime hope to have the chance to ''explore deeper'' game's max winning potential of course.
  24. Although I do agree with most of what Afi said above, I still believe big bets are the key to win big with this game or any other Play'n Go slot... The winning potential is there, no doubts about it, however the payouts are so low most of the times so you just need to pick bigger bet to hit bigger win assuming the common 'decent' win feature would return only 100 x bet. Still, I found myself how right is Afi saying that if you catch this game in a good day it can pay as crazy and you could start with small bets and simply increasing it after each and every good feature. Good luck!
