      Of course, no one ever doubt that the buy feature status must be resumed to the exact same state it was before the end of the next round and/or any interruption between the communication with the gaming server. There is however a small chance you could have experienced what I call a "kiss-your-spin-winnings-goodbye" situation where a visual glitch could represent a start of the spin which would never ever reach the gaming server, won't deduct funds from your balance or simply put - it doesn't exist for the server or any of its logs. Such situation does not mean your buy feature status is lost though, so you'd better chase this one further with the casino team which on the other hand is supposed to contact the gaming provider support team and find out what happened. Keep us updated, truly curious to see what BTG support team is made of.

      Definitely not the outcome which one would expect and yeah, I could perfectly imagine your frustration being annoyed myself how hard is triggering that never coming feature... You should contact the casino and request them to help you further though. The game must be resumed back to the exact same state it was before the internet connection interruption or any other software malfunction.
