      I would say you have just experienced some pretty typical behaviour from Microgaming's most jackpot notorious game Mega Moolah...       Was among their most loyal customers for some time back in 2014-2016... Everything changed in December 2015 when they were blackmailed for a ransom and after refusing to pay they suffered an insane DDoS attack which lasted for over 72 hours and caused a temporary shutdown of both BetAT and Slotty for days. It took them several weeks to bring their operations back to some normal standards and as far as I know that was the industry biggest ever recovery operation which took an enormous amount of time, efforts and manpower. Although both operators claimed 100% recovery after a couple of months, the 'magic' which most players at that time associated with BetAT and Slotty was already gone unfortunately...       Nothing that strange here, mate... Most of the UK biggest online casinos such as WH, Bet365, Gala to name a few seem to consider themselves as 'too big' to deal with players issues across gambling websites and forums and often prefer to leave their open disputes without any response. Which is kinda sad and definitely not adding up to their overall reputation among players of course...

      Lost my interest towards new NetEnt releases since they officially started to block half of the world from playing their games, including my own country Bulgaria.
