As far as I get it you are having troubles with having your casino account successfully verified due to the fact you made one or more deposits using your wife's card, right? If so, it would be best to clarify the name of the casino operator so that we could check their terms and see if there are some specifics when it comes to using a payment method/card which belongs to a third person. For what is worth, most online casinos have a special term which restricts you from using any payment method which does not belong to you or is not registered under your name.

Unfortunately, your complaints against them has just been rejected due to the fact AGCCS is not handling any other types of complaints but online casino related ones.
