every business needs to be very customer friendly but the online casino industry. most rewards for high wager ppl are very low. christmas promos decline since 10+ years and so on. on top of that they prey on problems gamblers and addicts. they have a steady income but they refuse to pay out the few % that wins and makes it to a cashout. that really makes me angry and i think something needs to be done about that problem.

if you dont trust the casinos i advise u not to gamble at all. live games usually have lower rtp compared to the regular games
