  1. Hi Bigsi3 ,

I see this is your first post being from New Zealand as well I'm well aware of all the tricks that are tried in the jungle that is the gambling world

and as tough as it can be the idea is to hold back from making a quick decision and it just so happens that there is a really nice complaints system

here at Askgamblers couldn't have come to a better place .

The only trouble there is with bank transfers to New Zealand is most that claim that there is have a slight case of "BS'Itis" and need a slap around the head

: yep sounds like you've been given the run around if the bank withdrawal stalls go for a card withdrawal use a visa .....if they reverse the money don't be tempted

to fall into the obvious trap its the oldest one in the book to get a player to keep playing .

But the main thing is keep your head about you keep polite and keep screenshots of conversations , emails , and as much evidence as you can and submit a complaint

here at Askgamblers.com submit that complaint bro and stand your ground .

Again Welcome to AG mate .

    RX

  2. There's a lot of Positive Energy Lately that I'm Feeling from Videoslots I've been with them for a while and there's been ups and downs

but I think things have turned around a lot there I know I was negative at one point about them but I genuinely feel they have changed

and for the better staff are more friendly and I feel that warm comforting feeling that i missed that  I've just walked into a great casino every time I log

in now and feel safe and welcome : their always looking for innovative ways to improve which is an advantageous and bold approach .

May the Force be with you Videoslots :)

  3. I'll give you a solution analyse your win loss ratio and decide to quit for the last three days i've been testing a lot of things with the new updated games

across multiple platforms the numbers just don't add up anymore *looks at Afi4wins nodding once* ill stick to lotto for a while this wolf knows when to

to head back in see the alpha for a bit of warmth yes A.I is so good it will make players quit factor them apples . (I won't even go into the errors i've screenshotted)

Upgrading the con .....lol guys guys guys .....crack a can open we've all heard it before and you know it . ;)

  4. Call me Negative lol but I'm not a fan of game errors of any kind make sure your browser is stable updated etc and watch the circumstances

if its around the same time as win streaks and there is a pattern of this happening just switch casino's seek stability eliminate the impossible

and that which remains however improbable shall  inevitably be the truth .

Also its probable that the reason can be due to simple reasons such as has been mentioned by the crew here i've just grown weary over the years

about errors the stuff seems to happen in win streaks mostly I've found and the latest thing is pausing ...which has been reduced to lightning quick

pauses ...oh and dead or alive got updated netnet you are such douchbags .

  5. Well What I can say , ........

HTML5 your a peach how so much has changed since you were introduced I mean I'm literally fighting a god dam machine now and the difference is huge a fraction

of the winnings I use to get and these so called slow connection errors are just honestly getting to me obviously your stopping a big win from hitting to shape profits

and the stupid thing is you don't need too as when you do things legit you make profit but you see Greed is a killer we the Players Know that and So should you ;) .

Not naming names but its close to a not worth it situation I can't ignore the win:loss ratio anymore and fancy wins advertised and talk doesn't cut it the majority in the

know ....know what the real score is and its industry 10 players 0 A.I and all the updates that nobody asked for is killing the game .

  6. How the BEEP can anyone regulate laws outside their borders guys should be able to go where you dam well please outside of Australia

how can they Prohibit a person to play on a casino which is outside of the laws and regulations of a country its nonsense its not even legal to

enforce it basically its saying country A can stop country B from accepting players which doesn't make sense its like country A is running

    country B .

I'd just middle finger that fascist law and allow people to play what are they going to do just talk about human rights to the U.N and freedom

of choice and tell the drunken fools making these "Draconian Laws" to go on 30 day get sober plans better still vote someone in that has all

    their dogs barking .

    Hi @RazorX

So, what exactly is the issue that is bothering you here? You think no NZ based Operator may go live without special license/approval by your local authorities or something else?

    Thanks.

    Hi Valdes ,

Not bothering me as such I just find it weird I mean from a legal point of view if an entity physically resides in a country they are subject to the laws and regulations

within that county I would assume  this question has been raised before many times with different casino's its actually an intriguing legal argument : for all intents

and purposes gambling technically takes place where the server is physically located .

Where a person resides is a separate argument as they are for all intents and purposes in malta when the gambling takes place if the server is physically located there

I believe our aussie friends across the ditch are having that problem I believe a question of law of a person "Virtually being located somewhere" comes to mind

I'm sure this legal scenario has been tested in court before surely it must have .

I have my reasons for examining the issue one of them being i saw a message pop up talking about how only people from my country could wager and then I saw the

whole malta license thing pop up and was like "what" lol why go to all the trouble just found it curious to be honest .

  8. Ok so I noticed the Skycity Online Casino NZ has a license in Malta which doesn't make sense

as the NZGC would be the only one to grant a license in NZ I've been to the Land Based one in

    Auckland Dozens of times .

    https://www.skycitycasino.com/about-us

I heard a rumor they had gone online but yeah little bit confused about the details didn't  even make sense till I spoke to support

Ally (12:36:56): No problem , Skycity Auckland and SkyCity Online Casino are part of the SkyCity Entertainment Group family, however, both operate independently, under two different licenses. This means that no data is shared between the two casinos and online/offline accounts are held separately, where balances can not be transferred

Ally (12:39:46): Skycity is MT SecureTrade Limited licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, we follow all legal requirements 😊

Well if its legit clear horizons guys ....

  9. hehe I'll bite on this topic ....yes the games have changed but things do change like the seasons and the cunning warrior moves with the times

be it Html5 , A.I , and what have you but I tell you nothing is perfect :) where rain falls wins can still flow like a river you just have to find

ways to channel it no matter how much they try to bottleneck things the dam always gives way eventually .

Energy is not lost or destroyed it is only ever transformed the law of the balance always applies the universe is master and always will be

many vest their faith in the concept of positive channeling that is indeed one way to flow and also it "pays" to have a clear mind when playing

for reasons which I won't elaborate upon fully .

Keep rubbing those lucky charms but keep in mind its the person that grants it power .....

Good Luck all ! Manifest Big Wins and Big Grins

    Greetings vs_linus ,

Firstly I want to say its a positive move having a casino representative to help improve communications with the gambling community

through this particular platform good move : also in regards to customer support it would seem there exists communication synergy issues

between departments , I guess nothings perfect that issue is now long since resolved but the point is agents need to be better informed when dealing with clients

, and its not earth busting material but there exists possibly room for improvement .

Also Welcome to Askgamblers ! ,

    Kind Regards ,

  11. Your quite sane and they are holding out using those tactics which I'm sure we are all familiar with that is why I stopped moving a round so much over the years

having to deal with situations like the one your describing bank statements from since before you were a member is just plain nuts what you want to do is grab

whoever is in  charge nail the person their name location and etc .....and just hammer them round the clock with emails , chats , and etc .

Maybe hire a few people to get involved find out where the manager lives and have somebody sleep on their lawn and knock on the door 24/7 round the clock

you just basically got to live in their mind until they break or corner them using forums and publicity as they are trash we are dealing with so its all good they owe

you and will help you out here .

Problem with TP reviews regarding casino's is that that genuine issues get Lost amidst the claims of scam and rigged when folk don't win. You need to kind of pick the wheat from the chaff when looking at casino reviews; look at Casumo, there's common threads across reviewers that would indicate, quite rightly, that somethings not right

Same for true scam operators like verycasino, everyone saying the same thing etc.

You look at one of the best IMO operators around, one that pays you 10k in nanoseconds, Unibet; they get a 1.9? Which is rubbish. If you looked at that solely you'd be lumping them in with truly dodgy operators, which is not the case.

As Valdes will know, when folk give you a story from a players side, quite often, there are other issues that they've omitted to tell - particularly true with casino players for some reason.

1-5 ratings don't leave much scope as some are better at things than others in different areas but from the casino's you mentioned i'd probably have Uni at 4.5, Casumo at 2, VS at 3.5; all subjective depending on your experience i guess; if you take L and L casinos; they've won casino of the year across a few sites; i wouldn't have them in my top 5, but obviously some folk seem to like them.

    Hi Pinnit2015 ,

Ill agree a public review site which is open to anything raises questions of validity I've actually seen this type of review behavior before

in relation to book sellers which I won't name but  I find the gap between 1-5 to be curious I would expect some kind of consistency

I've actually been checking quite a few places TP is just one of them some of the claims are consistent with things that have been said

on Casinomeister for instance in regards to X number of rounds until a bonus round hits using dead or alive as an example .

Further still it does occur to me the concept of auditing I'm just curious does the Malta Gaming Authority audit the Casino's that it licenses

is there a way to view this ?  that's kind of why I like E-Cogra as they perform rolling audits I see Betsson passed another one recently might start

rolling dice there for a couple of weeks see how things go .

Meanwhile Like what the one Adrian was talking about videos appearing on Youtube be interesting to view those sessions who knows it may provide

some insight who knows multiple people might be even streaming as we speak ; all i know is VS seems like a lot of casino's i've dealt with in the past

I asked a simple question today at Videoslots and the operators notes were outdated which indicates to me that their getting sloppy communication wise

and I'm not about to advise others to stumble into that kind of arena not when the sky is falling .

All  reviews are really polar opposites of each other. Most of them are either 1 star or 5 stars. Strange.

When it comes to reviews I tend to read the ones with content as they are usually the most informative but the scale of 1 to 5

is odd to say the least I'd rate them a 2 myself these days after the 32 usd business customer support sounded like  I was dealing with filipino

operators wasn't so much as a hey heres 10 spins for waiting all that time for the deposit you made the rest of the glitz and glamor doesn't

count  I like candyfloss too but if its tasteless its good for the bin .

I'm starting to focus on e-cogra approved casino's in the history of my online gambling i've never had issues with anything approved

by them that said guts and bitstarz are still shining : I like the concept of auditing keeps operators on their toes and is something I think

all of us need "to feel safe" within the establishments we are playing in .

I'm looking at relocating I see no attempt by Videoslots to improve or attempt to create a bridge to the community not caring where

else their making contact with the community the only thing that Exists is AG honestly the rest don't even count maybe CM

if Brian wasn't such an arrogant prat on occasion though he does know his game ill admit :) ill leave it at that .

Their marketing department is very efficient though - they have now added 3 plus days a week of goodies/freebies. Amazing, some shout, but when you look at where these come from (lowest common denominator RTP's, removing many of the wheels for achievements, using the low RTP's for battles (even when you win rewards on the higher RTP game, you redeem using the jackpot version at the lower RTP) etc, the changing of XP requirements and many other things.

Still, good gamification as i said.

You think they're bad, try Grosvenor - they have a weird approach of their promo's are normally good (i got 200 quid of amazon vouchers pre xmas just for wagering 50 quid a day), their other promo gave me 250 quid in cash over a fortnight and many other thing. But when you go onto them to day 'those 25 FS never credited' they make u jump through hoops and wait for weeks until they come back.

Imagine if it was more than 32 Dollars? That's enough to make me think twice if it was me - you'd need to call in the UK Brexit negotiators.

Far as I'm concerned all the bells and whistles in the world can be added if I distrust the thing I won't go near it and their about to cross the line

of being not trusted by some others I know and myself balls in their court .

Finally Got the matter resolved but I'm bitter sweet about the thing I just can't even describe how **** ridiculous it was getting this resolved

not going to carry on about it apart from saying thank you AG or should I say A-TEAM :) cheers .......

A decent look at their AGCCS History is more than enough to confirm some (if not all) of the @pinnit2015words unfortunately. :(

Yes, all cases resolved indeed, but it was quite a fight every time. :)

Still, VS remains one of the real ''authorities'' in this business and I never ever doubt a single word of their statements and/or actions. Wish they could be kinder, faster or at least demonstrate more sympathy in certain situations, but no one is really questioning their amazing reputation and integrity.

Yes definitely was a fight and was won now I'm waiting for a credit of 32 usd the whole exercise has me second guessing deposits the amount of mucking around involved over a

measly amount is priceless won't be forgotten any time soon will take ages for my faith to be restored in them.

Have you tried contacting your bank if the payment actually went through? It happened to me once that balance was deducted while making online deposit and it was rejected by casino but it still got deducted from my account. Casino refused the refund and later i complained to bank and they refunded saying the payment was not processed

    Hey Blackjax ,

Definitely did the whole bank thing the payment was accepted at the merchants end with my bank if the merchant doesn't accept the payment in this case a credit card transaction

it reverses back into the account after a certain period of time VS are quite timely at processing funds in and out I've had three conversations with the bank to determine the exact

    nature of the problem .

There's a lot of good things about VS but unfortunately not so good.

They're IMO one of the most stubborn casino's about and rarely venture off script - so, for places where if you go onto live chat with that issue, will resolve there and then (or credit the a/c and investigate later which i've seen some do), VS are so dogmatic: i've seen people quote regulations at them, tell them they're breaking them, and all you get is boilerplate responses, taking no regard whatsoever of what's being put to them.

Casino X - issue with 20 deposit and playing NLC games; within an hour 20 quid added back in a/c plus 10 goodwill

Video Slots - despite looking at the game logs and clearing seeing what happened; emails back and forth over a week

Even a few weeks ago - they had data corrupted re KYC data (apparently, or a data loss, who knows). VS? They still let u deposit, but when u go to w/d they said 'we need KYC data'  - really poor form.

Dunno how they are in a complaints process but i imagine there's very little wiggle room with them

Oh, and they ignore decisions of ADR's i've heard/seen of - which is, well, awful.

That's all before you get to their default RTP settings - sure they've cornered the market of  gamification of slots but, compared to say 2015, a lot of their shine has gone off.

I'm honestly baffled as to why they randomly muck around over simple things

Yes there is a lot of good points about them they've hit the nail with payments for winnings 99.5 percent of the time but its just I dunno

can't put my finger on it to be honest but ill try .

I guess there's possibly a communication synergy issue between departments , team spirit issues , rogue elements within the company maybe , and

possibly a lack of presence within the gambling community I know they had Daniel here as a rep for a while until as the story goes he left VS I would assume

he would have been a bridge to the community here at AG ***** i'd have a replacement here just like *click* that but hey that's just me.

And well its a tough one really I thought it through before I proceeded end of the day if one cannot solve an issue on a small scale it begs the question of

continuing down a path that has questionable anomalies .

When situations like this occurred in the past I had the ability to reach out to someone in their loyalty department and get it sorted or I could rely on getting

something rolling on AG but from what I can see there has been a shift in direction not sure if their valuing the customer anymore I think maybe its quantity over

quality that's as far as my thinking takes me.

*rolls eyes* Bitstarz is looking good these days ....

  18. And speaking of Rodeos I guess I've had to submit a complaint about the missing deposit of 32 usd I've been patient enough I think most would agree

that a bank saying funds have transferred to a merchant is as good as a bank deposit and having to wait 12 days to arrive after being provided

enough evidence to stand on and have a good view at mars from earth means enough is enough and over such a small amount .

    Complaint Submitted .

Sorry Videoslots but you got incoming guys and believe me I tried getting this sorted out without having to go to these lengths .

Yeah man, I know it could be rather frustrating sending back and forth all these verification and clarification and then further clarification-on-verification emails but this is how it goes and there's little or nothing that could be done to speed up that process I'm afraid :(  Basically You are chasing the Operator, the Operator is chasing their Payment Provider, the Payment Provider is chasing their Bank aaaaand the same chain goes back till you receive a single response. Mind you, even if the Operator (which is the 'fastest' party on that chain without any doubt) is willing to provide ultra speed resolution to your issue, their hands are usually tied by the not so speedy other parties involved into the process, especially the banks...

Patience mate, that's the only sure recipe here. ;)

Oh I know the definition of patience lol ,

Its been a while now but I helped my father with a couple of withdrawals from a casino called slot nuts a few years back one withdrawal took 9 months the other

    roughly 5 after :

Hammering their call center located in the Philippines (Cheap labor you see) ,

    Emails Back and Forth ,

And a Private Investigator stopping by Malta , the Philippines, and  Costa Rica they actually had an empty office in malta apart from a few computers running

and one guy going back and forth just to make sure everything was running oh yeah this cowboy has been in more than one Rodeo lol . ;)

I have not come across this one even once. I hope your problem is resolved.

502's are quite common i just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and whats even worse is the place i'm dealing with is starting to ask for "Next level" documents over a measly amount i've deposited like 20 times over it by now 1.5 weeks of handing over bank statements just to asked for an ARN number fact is they received the money and the requests are becoming ridiculous .
