Let me try to explain. So snatch casino now has an internal currency called SND, SNATCH DOLLAR. This Snatch dollar is equal to 1 USDT, which is equal to 1 USD. When you deposit any amount in any currency it gets converted to USD. But if you take a deposit bonus your balance is divided into your initial deposit + bonus. This bonus is now called SND. SND cannot be obtained without a real deposit or in some cases with a no deposit bonus. Technically its just a gimmick where they are calling bonus funds a fancy name called SND. @cocopop3011 please check pm.

@cocopop3011 there is a small issue I wanted to raise. So snatch casino has revamped themselves and they have a new bonus policy. When you take a 100% or any other bonus( free spins included) they keep your real money and bonus money separate. When you play with your real funds it shows USD but when you activate bonus it shows SND (SNATCH DOLLAR). One SND is equal to 1 USDT which is crypto. Now keep in mind that bonus can be activated with real money deposit. So will screenshots be accepted?

@Ultras34 when you play from mobile after you get screenshot go to desktop mode and hit the replay of win. Then at the end take screenshot of win or bet history from game and post it. Please try it and let me know if it helps.

@lucus17 open the slot on which you got your hit. On that press the replay button and you will see your recent wins and top wins. From that click on your highest-winning multiplier and replay it and take the screenshot. I have circled what it looks like.

You are taking screenshot from mobile. Try the same thing with pc/ laptop. Does royal stars not have bet history?

@Damien7780 maybe you can go on desktop mode and run replay and take screenshot of bet from Pragmatic. That will do. But wait for @cocopop3011 to take the final decision. If shes okay with people naming casinos then its all good.

@cocopop3011 i believe we need some tougher rules regarding screenshots. People are just naming casinos without the casino name being visible on their screenshot. Maybe casino bet history should me made compulsory for every win no matter how many times you play at the same casino.

@Anand99 are you from India? If yes then Gambling is not legal in India barring a few states. Also crypto is not fully legal in India. The government has no policy regarding Cryptos. So gambling with crypto also falls in grey area. Plus there is 35% tax on gains from Gambling. If you take this matter to Indian court or international court you will lose. Do your calculations, total deposits minus total cashouts. Whatever your losses are try to get back at least 50 to 75%. Dont expect anything more.

Its important to know these things. The country from where you played, is gambling legal and is gambling legal in your entire country or only in certain regions? Is gambling regulated in your country? Also is crypto legal and regulated in your country?
