Apart from what fiekie said i would like to add that non sticky are of two types. The one we usually have at our n1/direx casinos like Praise or bitstarz and the other type is Parachute Non sticky. I dont think so @Afi4wins A sticky bonuses are ones which cannot be withdrawn. Only for playing. Previously these bonuses had wager but now most of them don't have any wager. A non sticky is one that can be withdrawn. Non sticky are two types ones that direx Nv/ N1 interactive offer and the others whick leo Vegas types offer. You can withdraw all your money before reaching bonus balance. You also call them parachute bonus.

Woah bitstarz. They are a very good casino. So apparently while being on bonus you made a bet higher than allowed $/€ 5 and that is where you broke rules. The thing with casinos like these is that while making a deposit there is a notification box where you are supposed to tick/toggle which says 'I don't want any bonuses'. And then bonuses are not added since you did not tick that box bonus got automatically added. The casino usually let's go if only few bets are made but I don't think you made a few bets. In cases like your the casino usually confiscates the winning amount and returns the deposit. I assume you have been given your deposit back and only your winnings have been forfeited. If that's the case then you should be content with that. But if your entire deposit has been confiscated then you should appeal.

Since you are new to gambling I would advice you to take deposit bonuses. And always start with 20 cent to max 50 cent if you play with 100-150 deposit amount. Also before depositing money always read bonus terms and conditions and check restricted games, deposit method for bonus, maximum bet, country restrictions and other rules. If you break the T&c you might lose all your winnings.

Nobody does a fraud to play with real money. No point in doing fraud just to play with real money. That's what you are missing. Bonus abuse is a big problem for casinos and in maximum case identity theft is done by a younger person of an old person who is unaware of gambling (I assume). Casino can never stop bonus abuse. But in this case this casino has lowered their chance of being scammed by a younger person by reducing age limit.
