I did not get live chat either. But after I made a deposit it started poping up. Maybe you need to be a deposititor for live chat contact. Try sending them an email. Btw I highly doubt you would be allowed to close and reopen. I have an account at 7bit where I never played and never even filled my profile info. I asked them if I could close and reopen and they refused.

Anybody who is planning to take part in this contest please try Katsubet or 7bit. I made two deposits at Mirax and the casino has horrible RTP. My first deposit was of €282. I did around 1700 spins and lost €110 doing 10 cent spins and got two bonuses of 100+. Got one 200x base game hit on fire in the hole in 800 spins, bonus never triggered. I mean at the time of getting screenshot the person was not part of the forum and rules say that "....only members."
