Since the casino has not rejected your withdrawals, nor accused you of any breach of terms, therefore the best thing you can do now is to be patient and give them some more reasonable time. It may be a delaying tactic on their side, but that is a common thing with many casinos.
    • Delayed cryptocurrency withdrawals Bet-Football withholding funds with no clear explanation I have been playing at Bet-Football (an Orbit Exchange partner) for about a month. Until now, I had successfully completed several withdrawals, including amounts of a few thousand euros. The longest withdrawal previously took around 3 days, so I had no major concerns. Currently, I have approximately €10,000 in my account. I submitted three cryptocurrency withdrawal requests: €2,200 – pending for 7 days; €2,000 – pending for 3 days; €1,000 – pending for 2 day. The oldest withdrawal has now been pending for several days without any explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times. Every response has been almost identical. They keep telling me that there is a delay, that my withdrawal is "being processed," and that they are "waiting for updates." They cannot provide any reason for the delay or even an estimated processing time. To be fair, they have confirmed that my withdrawals have not been rejected, but I still have no information about when I will actually receive my funds. I have not been accused of violating any rules, my account has not been restricted, and no additional verification documents have been requested. At this point, I am simply asking the operator to process my withdrawals or provide a clear explanation with a realistic timeframe. I will update this review as soon as there is any progress, whether positive or negative.
    • I've been playing a lot at Slotornado lately and am just about to reach the level 'Goldnado'. I have been assigned a vip manager and he's really making an effort in befriending me, which I find nice. For instance, on a recent withdrawal he actively went in to speed it up (even if their 3-4 hours standard pay out time is more than good enough for me and I hadn't even asked him to do so). On that particular withdrawal, I was slightly above the daily limit of 1,000 EUR but he just said "no worries, I'll make an exception" and I got the full amount! Just the other day he came up with a fun challenge. If I would correctly pick a team I thought would advance from the WC round of 32, he would give me some free spins in return and a daily cashback deal that would increase by so and so much for each round my selected team would make it past. I went with France and shortly after their 3:0 thrashing of Sweden was concluded, I found in my account 250 FS, each with a 0.5 EUR value and a 1,000 EUR max win attached. Now that's some special treatment right there! 😊 Another casino - PlayAmo, where I'm at the 'Superstar' level - tend to surprise me with gifts every now and then but they don't notify me about it - I have to keep checking my account. Yesterday, I had 20 FS there - they used to be on 1 EUR but had dropped to 0.2 this time, probably since it's been a while since I deposited there. Today, I logged in again and found my balance to be 50 EUR (40x wagering). That's real nice vip treatment as well! 👍
