Hello everyone sorry for all the new topics but I woke up today to realize that my bitstarz account as been disabled  is there any advice that I should do?

So I asked. They said it was from operations that’s all the options they have

We'll I'd hope them to give you a bit more information than that and I'm sure you're going to get it don't worry. The rep has already been tagged so there's no need for me to repeat that, wait until tomorrow and see if you get a reply. If you can try and get more information from them in the mean time, great.

@Feeshmon - I think you created too many duplicated topics complaining about the providers availability when playing with Bitcoin and this actually led to that IMHO otherwise they would not have know so soon, maybe eventually yes.

Hope you find a casino where you will be happy. May I suggest Brango casino? Its an RTG casino who accept US players and you can play in BTC. Only one service provider however they are one of the only RTG that process withdrawals in under 10 minutes.

So, a couple of things here (which are based on your previous forum topics which you didn't reply to when I asked).

As an example, your quote: " I’m wanting to close my account but I’m worried I would want to come back.  Have any of you been successful with closing your account and really stopped online gambling ??""

Big red flag as far as RG is concerned, but that might just be my opinion. With that said, I don't like to gamble (no pun intended) when it comes to responsible gambling cases,
and this makes me feel rather uncomfortable to allow you to play at BitStarz going forward.

Nah, based on my own experience working with Olle, I dare to say he would consider anything over an hour as a sort of an ultra slow assistance.
