Casumo Casino - SOW Issue

Don’t know where else to post this question so apologies. I played Casumo for a few years. 3 times they have asked for verification. This time they stated that I am spending more than my income. Which is true as my partner gives me money when I need it. I sent them proof and since then I self excluded as I was spending too much. Since sending the last verification bank statements i have heard nothing from them. They’re not replying to emails. I’m worried to death that they think I’m some sort of money launderer or something. The amounts I bet were approx £1000 a month and over a three month period I made a loss. I’m worried sick over this especially as they’re not responding to emails.

Anyhow - good casino but their approach to SOW leaves a lot to be desired. When folk say to me 'SOW issue with casino...'-i normally guess it's leo vegas or casumo

You're worried about them thinking you're ML? Who cares if they think that (which is unlikely is based solely on someone giving you cash) - as long as you aren't. 

Bit confused - you've already SE'd, so what's the issue?
