I will try my best to make it berif. What happened with me. 1. On 31st Dec 2018 my son Lost on Duckdice. 2. I got refund from Duckdice, on 26th March. 3. On same date, with in 1hr after refund on 26th March my son Lost on Luckygame. 4. I got refund from Luckygame on 20th Oct , my son gamble it on stake on 23rd Oct. And, when I share this fact with official of stake but, they denied to help. Then my simple question was this to them : 1. If you don't intend to want children gambling on your platform, then why in my case officials denied to refund money even knowing the fact bets were placed by children. This indirectly indicates the intention. At one instance official says we don't want children to engage on my platform but, at other dark side of this is that, they are ready to keep money from child bets. And, not ready to give money parents. 2. I got this excuse from the official that, there is no way to prove who place the bets. Then, I had shared all the screenshot of refund which I received in past two instance (to address that story it needs another post but, I will attach screenshot of refund). But, after seeing the Screenshot official made fun of me and he was one of the General Manager of stake he used laughing emoji and said keep trying and keep laying. He also made fun of my son by saying you using your son. But, I couldn't had done anything because I was helpless and alone. And, I even asked the official to let some independent authority to investigate my complaint but, they said no matter even your son did gambling we are not going to make Refund. P.S see screenshot of refund which I got. There are lot more things I want to share with you but, I am ristictated to make it short and this true dark side of casino , here you can see some casino can fall so down that, they can use children to make profit. This is my story. I need your support so, it can read to stake official and they can give authority to Askgamblers to let investigation my complaint independent. Please I need your support. Meanwhiles stake is having Curacao license and I had such a bad experience with them that I'm not surprised by the outcome in your situation. I played there couple of times and can tell you their games are awful as they are making them and not having any official provider it's just a joke. Totally believe that Stake support behaved that way, they kept requesting my IP address to close my account on their site? Like what?(Your screenshots would be nice for people to see) Anyway, those are crypto casinos mate where you need to deposit with Bitcoin/ETH, etc, so what proof did you give them that indeed your son lost your money and you are not just looking for a way to recover lost funds? Sir, The statement from Bitbns Exchange from where coin were bought by my son.. and there officials had confirmed and ready to State that transaction were done my my son.. what happened was that, the exchange need call verification for each transaction outputs as precaution because that account is listed as to prevent any frauds withdraw or from hacking.. I had even ask Official earlier of Bitbns to not let withdraw any further transaction but, they haven't lock down account and that led to happen even after receiving refund twice... Not to mention the countless PMs you have sent to me as well. Something you certainly should not do. Further, I can see you have already submitted AGCCS case against Stake Casino which has been rejected by AskGamblers Complaints Team due to the fact you mentioned the issue has already been escalated with the relevant regulatory body/ies. Please let me know the outcome of your official complaint prior getting further advice. Thanks. And please, stop spamming all over the website in the meantime. Thank you! I am really sorry that was not my intention Sir, But... I am standing helpless and in such situations if a person find just spark of hope he run so hard towards it, they forget everything what happened around... Stake official are not ready to answer questions which I asked them or do not ready do investigation or nor even ready to let any independent body to do investigation body... I had contacted Couraco Egaming authority backed in 31th OCT that was last date they replied and asked for evidence and after submitting it, they replied me 2month later on 7th Jan 2020 and btw that period there were no response from them. I had send them countless email in that period. And, I was surprised what they responded on 7th Jan, they said me your case is closed as there is no way to prove who place the bets. I had said them that there is evidence to prove that as well.. but, they haven't listened to me any more. I had provided them Statement of Bitbns exchange official from where coins where transferred. Which prove in itself but, they haven't comment on it anything and not stake official ready to say anything. I am in such situations since a year please understand my situation and how much stressed I went in fighting but, stake official Blocked me. You can see the response of copyyy , he/she had also such bad experience with Curacao Regulator they are very unfair and not rational to solve dispute. In my situation they are completely ignored from speaking on my evidence which I submitted to them but they given any justification what Happened to my evidence ... Thanks you If the complaint is accept and published you'll be able to upload your documents then, if it is rejected due to lack of proof then please just remember to include EVERYTHING you have, it will help speed the process along for you. There would be millions of children using many adults site right now by just clicking that yes they are 18+ does that mean in reality they are ? According to study it estimate many p**n site generated by 50% teen ... But, official here asking me to prove that who created account... There is clearly no way because Stake official didn't asked for KYC and there is clearly possibility that account might be created by adults and might be children... It's 50/50 chance that user on internet is adult or children... Now coming to 3rd point I will make another comment to explain that... Please beare with me till it finished... And that same thing happened on 20th Oct when I received the refund at that day my son withdraw the funds from that account by contacting exchange official.... And, Bitbns CEO himself said it... And my son moved money which I received in refund from Luckygame to another Indian Exchange and the to Binance and then to Stake... I had attached the screenshot of all the transaction.. I don't know sadly what more substantial prove will be ? When Exchange CEO himself replied that Fund movement which took place after the Luckygame refund where not by me. Still it doesn't make any sense to me that I asked what more prove? What more prove Sir? When Ceo of Exchange official himself clearly mentioned that account where operated by child. I still haven't understand the logic behind asking for more evidence? What typically more evidence? Hope who ever made out till end.. understand and give me response... Please... It had been 13th month... And my own hard earn money is stuck at different places and taht company which is stake not ready to give reply and even when I try to seek reply from trusted authority I don't why they also fail to give proper reasoning to my complaint even after offering all evidence... And now I am said to not further complaint to Askgamblers platform... I even try to asked Live Support team to kindly help but, sadly they also refuse to understand...and I just don't know whether this post will be taken down by Askgamblers official because of criticizing them... Let me just explain you (again) that by using our complaints system you are expected to provide ALL the relevant information, facts and proofs you might have in your possession and which could help you justify claim/s against the the affected operator. In other words, you will either provide sufficient information and proofs as requested by the AskGamblers Complaints Team or your complaints will continue to be rejected. I read through the thread but I was very confused- if this has happened several times when a child has played, how come it even happened? I'm surprised to see that you've received refunds in the past on more than one occasion. I also understand that if it's an important amount of money, you want to have your chance of getting a refund (while I still wouldn't expect it) but you need to be patient and follow all the instructions VaIDes has provided you with. To be fair to casino's this is extremely difficult, even with KYC - if my 'kid was 14' - probably, could find a copy of my passport - check. Can go into the draw and find one of my utility bills - check. Nip into my wallet and use my card and take a photo to send - check. As a casino, without doing a facetime call, how would i know it's me at aged 38 and not my kind at 16? - genuinely would like to know from anyone in the industry how they safeguard against this? There may be an argument that i failed in my duty to keep certain documents safe BUT, in a house with your family that's quite a leap...
