Bye Bye Royal Panda

Won't miss them. I practically didn't play there at all last year, wasn't the biggest fan of their promotions and they were always poorly written with somewhat unclear terms. I probably share the unpopular opinion, but I'm not a fan for LeoVegas either.

I played there until they/Leo Vegas/one of the other lots ballsed up/lied/incompetently applied a 5 yrs Self Exclusion but i was probably one of the few who liked the bonus structure - pretty much only deposit real cash when you know you can't lose depending on how much you got the bonus funds up to v the original amount.

I do remember not reading the terms and playing for hours with bonus funds thinking I'd met wagering....only to find out 0%😫

LV was a much more personal casino early on - now they're becoming the Bet365, have/had v limited offers/loyalty schemes - typical when a casino grows into a beast unfortunately.

To U.K., for now it seems.

No more U.K. from January.

Sad? A tad; they were a decent outfit and had some decent DOA wins on there; looks like Leo Vegas are trimming the fat off the RTP Turkey.

They are still giving Payouts or pending issues?

Seems like our (yours and mine) predictions from late 2019 are turning into reality... :(

Let's see where exactly the 'pull-out avalanche' is about to stop. Maybe you would agree that's just the beginning?

LV might be a tad different as they took on a load of acquisitions so they’re probably just consolidating...

I think we will see it settle down after this year: they’re all probably looking at which properties to keep/discard as we speak so whatever’s left at the end of 2020 will probably be the more sustainable...

Big Caveat to the above:

If U.K. online casino stakes are capped at 2 quid I think you could see a massive pull out by many: It’ll cut the revenue massively.

Spot on! All these revolutionary ideas coming from UKGC to ban VIP schemes and perks in addition to semi-automatic bet limits... 😝

Nah, this is only the beginning...

This cap is just when you’re playing with a bonus? Or per se?
The other half said that he used to bet a fiver a time on roulette in the betting shops but that’s capped at £2 now all the time.

2 quid cap on all casino games? what about bingo and sports.  They might go after those too.

Nope, every spin - few white papers knocking about and discussion within the UKGC about it apparently. Would be surprised but at the same time not if it happened.

They capped the FOBT's recently so it was/is only a matter of time before they turn their attention online - you've seen the removal of the gamble feature in the UK recently so they're definitely looking to make inroads.

You cut slot stakes to that all the High Rollers - 60% of a slot casinos revenue, aint playing there anymore.

Where do they go? Possibly unlicensed - yeah, that's doing a good job of protecting players.

Only here could you have the situation with VIP Schemes - hey, you want to reward, try to retain customers - quid pro quo? NOPE - not having any of that.

Between the above, the taxes and the bonus tax payments it's like they want to make the UK the most unattractive country to set up in.

All whilst the big issues go largely untouched.

IMHO, this is the result you get when the unleashed populism takes precedence over common sense...

Actually I was a vip member at royal panda but got really frustrated with them because of their incredible lack of effort for vip members. Immense verification process and such. I have excluded myself and play only at no account and eskimo. Now a little while back I got curious and signed up again. To see it only got worse. Withdrawals are pending for more than 24 hours the Servicedesk contains of new people   that don’t reply and if they do it’s copy and paste. It’s only going downhill. I’m waiting quite sometime on a withdrawal and than I’m going to sign off again. Leaving the uk is a sure sign that they are not as licensed as they were and I suspect it’s due to how they treat their customers after they have  played for a while.  The positive reviews are from new members.
