Whilst playing slots may not impact this much given their nature, if you engage in matched betting (using exchanges) I imagine there would be a bigger risk. If you are above 6k in savings you get your benefits taken off you... and if yeah, if you hada regular income from gambling you would too. I unfortunately have neither right now... I am going to play a little next payday though see if I get lucky!

Hi @winalot007 I would recommend you play without a bonus. Wagering these days are ridiculous and I firmly believe with the betsson group the wagering is applied on the bonus amount only. I think is x40 or x 20. I would suggest you ask them for some free spins with your next deposit, as the wagering is x15 and the best thing is that their free spins winnings have no max cash out at all. I hope you come right and get lucky. Maybe give Casino Euro a try, as I play with them as part of the Betsson group.
pinnit2015
As far as I remember Betsson aren’t that receptive when you ask for them. Not many casinos are these days. I probably get one offer every two weeks on some of my regular joints and even then you’re talking 50%. In a few years or sooner I envisage them disappearing completely like Sweden. Youre better off at somewhere like Casinocasino where you get Cashback etc that has no wagering or max cash outs IMO

Hi there, I can't actually play at Betsson until my financial life changes so I definitely wouldn't bother going with another casino in the group. I was just trying to get a goodwill bonus as I deposited so much there but no such luck.

Poor withdrawal times and low limits re withdrawals; wouldn’t touch 10bet; far better out there Casumo are good but are behaving a bit dodgy with their SOW requests themselves. Personally iv had no problems with Casumo, Redbet, Videoslots. Depends what you’re looking for; offers, withdrawal speed, slot selection; each casino has their own perks for each of these for example

They’re all different; if you make 50k of deposits in a day you might get hit with one, you make 50k over two years, possibly not. What’s your gambling budget? SOW isn’t just based on deposits but how long they know you, your type of play and several other factors that may or may not push you into the high risk category

Providing you're not engaged in any illegal activities you'll always be able to keep your legitimate winnings - they can't hold your cash to ransom just cos they don't like the look of the benefits...But they do have the right to not to want to do business with you. Here's an example of mine: Slotmillion - asked for SOW, deposits in 2-3 years totalling 1-2k. Mental. Stakers - 500 quid in deposits, ish. Asked for SOW Redbet - 40k in deposits in 1.5 years. No SOW Casumo - 70k in 3 years. No SOW So....depends. I could earn 20k per month but due to credit commitments have 500 quid a month spare, which would mean my 1k per week deposits are unsustainable. cocopop3011
pinnit2015
As for compensation - if i earned 20k a year and was depositing 2k a week? If i showed them the 20k a year but said 'My aunt gave me 800k in her will', that should cover them in terms of their AML responsibilities because they know where the money's coming from, so a comp payment should be the same: in that respect the salary (in the above example) or the benefits (in yours) becomes wholly irrelevant to an extent. What your're probably finding is that they've requested the SOW for AML but are now using it for RG and that's a bit of a no-no if they're processing that information. You're maybe overthinking the SOW - if you're depositing low-ish amounts you shouldn't really get hit by it in the bulk of cases.

Should i write a complaint? Is there any point in doing that? Just to get a bonus? I'm not that interested in depositing again in Betsson but I would have got a decent bonus for all my deposits. Aha! I see! Neither me or the other half have ever been asked for SOW, guess our deposits are far to less. Not complaining. Also, confused myself thinking OP had been refused a withdrawal, just read through thread again . My bad.

They shouldn't - if you look at the SOW/SOF etc it covers things like money from inheritance/house sales etc - not just 'regular' income. Bit like me getting told because i earn 10k a year (for example) i can't afford 10k a month deposits and then for me to say 'But i won the Mega Moolah Jackpot'

You have the right to complain but not sure what grounds you'd have tbh pal. You could ask for clarification as to how they've processed your information - for RG or AML and, if applicable, say you supplied information for AML and they've used it for RG purposes which, strictly, may breach GDPR
