Setting Myself One Day a Week to Play

Recommended Posts

Sooo, it's no secret I don't play much anymore. Since having my babies time I get to myself has decreased. Dramatically. In fact, I get very little me time and have kind of forgotten what it's like to have time to do things that I enjoy. Of course I wouldn't change anything but I have decided to dedicate one night a week (just a couple of hours of course) to try my luck.

I have already been playing at Sky Vegas now and again, I never used to like them but the other half introduced me at the beginning of the year and I don't really get much time to look elsewhere now. BGO phased out.  Anyway, point of my post is to let you know I hope to jump back into the saddle soon. Maybe even try some of the new games spoke about in the forum.

Do you know what though. When you haven't worked you way through most casinos (like I used to before) it's really hard to sieve through them all to pick some to try, especially when there are so many now. And not forgetting time consuming and I don't have time on my hands. I guess I'll just have to see how it goes.

Sky Vegas have one of the smoothest platforms about, their withdrawals are instant, you don’t get KYC nonsense from them (unlike Malta casinos) and their spins etc are eager free.

Try their own brand ‘creation’ slots; some aren’t great but some are deceptively good; Snake is one that has great hit potential.

The support or U.K. bookmaker casinos isn’t that great but it’s far outweighed by their lack of SOW/Withdrawal nonsense from a lot of their Counterparts

Oh, I'll give them a try. Cheers for that!

I've started at Trada for now considering they sent me a £5 free bonus.  Couldn't say no considering my new plan could I. Got lucky on Conan so now I just need to find time to complete the remaining £150 wager within the next 5 days.

have fun playin once a week, do you know how long you will play on the day that you will play, and will that be enough to feed the slot fun habit? someone else said they are limiting their slot play to 1hour per day, thats real discipline.

slots/video poker are probably the most addictive form of gambling that exists cause the dopamine hits are so frequent, each spin gives a dopamine hit that lights up the brain.

I'll play until me bed starts calling my name. 😁 Finally finished my Trada bonus, got my balance up on Mustang Gold/Gonzo and lost it all on DOA2 😂

I know just how you feel cocopop... I've been seeing a new lady and she's much more interesting than the slots let me tell you :) Doesn't help that she's also not a fan of my self-destructive hobbies ... well she's not against it just finds it all real boring... I mean whoa whoa how can watching me play poker in the casino for 4 hours ever be boring?!! :)

It's always a good idea to make time for yourself though, I suspect that applies in your situation even more than mine... you might literally go insane otherwise. I also play quite a lot at Sky Vegas although I'm a bit annoyed about them removing e-wallets, and now Paypal... I'm not with one of the banks that support their instant card withdrawals but they do get the money back in my Monzo in not much over 24 hours usually so it really could be a whole lot worse.

I saw you mentioned losing your whole balance on DoA2, have you had a big win out of it yet ? I've still only had a couple of proper wildlines from it but both were super insane.. (5000x+)

I don't use any e-wallets to fund my account. Debit card only - it's also not insant withdrawals take about 3 days. Approval is instant but I've never minded awaiting a couple days so that doesn't really bother me.

No big win on DOA2 as of yet, but I have never had a good success rate with the original DOA 😂
