BitStarz - Account Closure

Their terms state one account per member but it reads as one account per Bitstarz account.

As for their sister sites, had a quick scan and couldn't even tell if they had any, never mind who they are. 

They used to have a rep here, Ollie i think, who can maybe confirm.

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. 

BitStarz does not have any sister (nor brother) casinos, therefore I have some serious doubts they used such terms to block your withdrawal request. I guess you should provide more details in order to receive adequate assistance from our end.

I've only heard positive things about BitStarz so it really bugs me that I can't play there as a UK player. Most of the sites I know of who are accepting crypto payments from UK players are really basic such as luckygames.io, megadice has a few slots but not much in the way of top-tier providers. 

But yeah, seems unlikely the casino would refuse payout based on such an issue if they have no sister sites to begin with. Wanna try again op? ?)

Yep same, would love to these this brand accept UK players, I've asked many a times about a UK license but still nothing. Let's hope in the future they will.

Hmm, I played at that casino quite a bit and I don't find anything so great in my opinion.  I won once and it took ***** over high water to collect a small amount.  I don't really know what the big fuss is about these guys.

Not being able to play there, just makes me want to try it even more. Shame you haven't had a good experience. The fact they are Certified here makes me feel comfortable playing there (I mean hypothetically of course) because I know if I ever run into a problem I could get it sorted here.

else to the story here.

I managed to find your account at BitStarz, and your account is not closed. What you were denied though was the no deposit bonus offer
as it has been used on the same IP as you are using. As we're quite strict with one welcome bonus per IP, unfortunately, you were not able
to claim this one.

We also mentioned this in the chat you had with our customer support, and there was no mentioning of you using an account on some other site
linked to us. Also, the operators behind BitStarz doesn't have any other casino, so outside of BitStarz, we have no idea where else you enjoy playing : ) 

Must have been some misunderstanding.

Hi guys,

Thanks so much for the kind words, I really appreciate that, just so you know :)

There are always two sides to every story, and as long as both we (the casino) and the player can fully share our perspectives with the community, that's
the most important thing.

At the end of the day, we might disagree with each other, but at least we get the opportunity to fully share our arguments and hopefully learn something
in the process.

I mean not all Direx NV casinos operate the same. I mean bitstarz and some others verify documents in less than 5 minutes and withdrawals in less than 10 minutes, while some other Direx NV casinos pay out within 24 hours like Gunsbet and verification takes up to 24 hours as well.

And you get other Direx N.V that have pending periods of up to 48 hours and withdrawals within 24 - 48 hours like Slotwolf casinos? Also why does certain Direx N.V have higher cashout limits that others etc and the list can go on.

Is there different licensing or packages or is this purely management?

Might just be the case that the company just utilises their platform, leaving cash out times at the discretion of each different casino? I could have a casino using their platform and tell punters I pay in 2 minutes and you tell yours two days, for example. Might depend on the specifics of the agreement and what’s actually ‘bought’ as part of it?

Mr Pinnit just answered the question actually  : )

So, to give a brief background. Direx NV offers its platform to a lot of casinos and when I say platform, that includes the game providers on offer, payment options, etc.

When it comes to everything else, such as the various promotions, customer support, speed of withdrawal, game limits, verification of documents, etc, that's individual
depending on the casino (and where we as a casino have an opportunity to stand out from the rest). As we have access to the same games and payment methods, it leaves
