General warning for Trada Casino and TradaGames inc

Dear players,

Recently I filed an official complaint to Trada Casino, with consisted of me requesting proof of Dutch licensing, ad they stated there license allows players from Holland. It recently came to my attention that Tradagames does not have dutch licensing, and are actively breaking dutch law by advertising and offering money play to dutch players, and deposits methods only available in holland ( IDEAL)

Initial respons from casino: Its your own responsibility.

This obviously cannot be the case as they false make the impression they have dutch licensing, which is not the case, making their operation ILLEGAL in holland.

Asking simple question: why are for instance players from Italy and Belgium actively blocked from making an account / playing with money ( as they are not allow to offer this service by local legislation) I got no answer... Instead they blocked my account without any notification or giving a reason, confiscated funds on the account.

Why is it so hard to anwser simple question? I've addressed this problem to the licensing body ( Jersey Gambeling commission). And are filing charges against individuals involved, as they think ignoring a player with legit questions, that should be no problem to answer is the way forward.

Persons for now will be : < Casino representative names removed >

So people watch out for playing at Trada Casino, if you ask the wrong questions: you will be banned and funds confiscated!!

Hi All,

TradaCasino wish to clarify the following:

  • No funds have ever been confiscated from this players account. This can be proven to any authority that approaches us with this complaint, including the AskGamblers complaints team.
  • TradaCasino do not offer iDEAL as a payment method.

No further public comment can be made, as the player has stated that legal action has been/is being initiated.

Kind Regards,
Rachel.

Yes legal it will be Rachel, funny that you still do not say anything about willingly breaking dutch law, and tricking players into illegal play.

So please provide me proof of dutch licensing?

And yes you did close my account, and did confiscate funds, so stop lying. And why block an account after a player makes a claim? That is good support!

Mentioning names that are in the public domain, is not illegal, why is this not allowed? They are stated at the site.

So players, look what we are dealing with.

and one search on the site, shows this is not an uncommon practice for Tradacasino:

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/trada-casino-ignored-gambling-regulations-and-allowed-me-to-deposit-and-gamble-before-verification

Along with many other complaints about closing accounts, confiscating funds from player. That have to put up a fight to get it back, very good support indeed.

Did you not read the complaint in full? Evidence was provided to show the player had breached terms and conditions with multiple accounts.  But Trada still paid the player full winnings anyway! It’s hardly rock solid evidence is it? Sorry for me negativity, but I’m getting a little tired of yours now. How many casinos is this now that you’ve had issues with?

And since Trada is active on Askgamblers, why is IDEAL listed the casino page?

To be clear, this is not a 'hate' thing against persons involved: I just can't stand it when me, or players in general, are being 'muted' if they ask questions that might reveal shortcomings of the operations involved.. Asking questions, that are relevant, and could support proof of a valid casino operation, should never result in banning a player, and ignoring. Doing this in fact results in loss of credibly.

Or am I wrong?

Yes so not advertising with IDEAL aren't they? I do hope you contact Rachel / Trada on this, as it is in clear violation with dutch law.

Also the ' Players from holland are allowed"

  • 2 weeks later...

So hang on... did the casino do anything wrong to cause this dispute? Did you run into the fact they were not yet properly licensed as a result of some issue you were having or did you just notice this and decide to cause a stink? I can't quite tell from whats written here.

You say the casino has confiscated funds, which they deny ... can we get a concise run through of what has occurred here please?

Probably a question for the OP - when you signed up with them, did the 'lack of licence' (which is impossible to have until the new legislation comes into effect), not bother you? Seem to be taking quite a moral standing with this, yet you didn't have a problem when you clicked the register button.

Well I did not know they did not have a dutch license, as they cannot even offer play legal if not. So how could I know, that  they offer illegal play. They block other countries for some reason? And I did ask questions: they replied that their license allows players from holland, which is misleading.

Its bizar that they shift responsibility to the player!! Why are they blocking other countries then? If this was the case?

You say the casino has confiscated funds, which they deny ... can we get a concise run through of what has occurred here please?

In a nutshell:

- Made an account few months ago, as they advert in holland, assuming I could legally play there.

- Played some months ago, and 4 week ago.

- Dutch gambling authority made an press announcement, regarding fines issued to Unibed, Betwin ect, and made clear that offering play in holland is illegal, and online casino offering play in holland are illegal. ( new information to me).

- I ask trada support: they stated there license does allow dutch players

- Requested information/ registration number for dutch license as they offer play in holland. As they block several counties were online gambling is forbidden, they should block dutch players if not

- Made an formal complaint: account blocked witch no notification. No reply to my questions.

- Contacted POG, they don't handel legal cases

- Contacted Jersey gambling licensing body: the contacted Trada, got one reply with no answer to my questions, no reply further on to.my emails

- Filled official legal documents against trada, and several employees. Dutch gambling authority is investigating, and potentially will file criminal charges in dutch civil and criminal court, against Trada, and individual persons.
