Unexpected money in casino account

So, I had a post mailer through the door yesterday. I get so many from UK casinos, at least 3/4 a week now and I can always tell becuase they always come in the same envelopes.

Anyway, this one that came yesterday was much thicker and it threw me off thinking it was some other kind of mailer. Opened it up to find a letter off Heart Bingo  Casino to say I had left £24.13 in my account!! Not quite sure how that happened but I'm certainly not complaing.

Anyone else had such kind mailers?
