Help with a future contest idea...

Hey Y'all

Soooo....I have a little something up my sleeve. It's very VERY premlimiary stages and I need to figure everything out before I even send it for approval.  But, I do have an idea for a contest that could work. I obviously cant give anything away and this is not guaranteed either. It's also not going to be something I can launch straight away so there may be a short wait. Buuuutt...I need your help.

I can run my proposed idea in one of the following two ways:

1. Tournament Based

So, you would upload screenshots in excess of 100x.

100x or more would get you 1 point. 200x or more would get you 2 points and so on

I'm not saying that's exactly how it would go but you get my idea. The contest would be POINTS based and the winner being the one with the most points.

OR

2. Entry Based

So, you'd get 1 entry per screenshot entered. Pretty much like lots of ones we've already had.

Hey I think I wasn't around here when you were running "Entry Based" contest where you get points per screenshot entered could you explain what type of screenshot would someone need to send?

You would need to gather screenshots, in real money mode only for any games that we have in our directory. So you collect the screenshots as you win at the online casinos you play in. You upload them to our review and that would get you one entry into the draw. Please check HERE which is one of our previous contests.

I'm voting for Tourament based option because I think it's gonna be way more fun and it's gonna depend on, who got super lucky and gather those big Wins and it could be game-changer getting multiplier like 1000x and so on.

Can you make sure you vote in the poll above. And just so you know these particular contests are usually for regular members only so make sure you keep posting so you’ll qualify to take part thanks for your input.

I'm definitely more for Entry Based, as I can get more screenshots from my few favourite games, but Tournament Based is almost similar anyway, except that wins bigger than 300x are so damn hard to get nowadays (blame it on the AI of course)...even Soup It Up can't pay anything higher than 500x nowadays...never mind getting a 3600x winner!

I will be scrapping a lot of the old rules we have used and this contest will be taking on some updated rules so it will work a little different. Here is the issue with entry based:

So RandomPicker which I use now limit draws to a maximum of 100 entries. So if Ii decided to pick this option I'm going to have to pick another site to use.

Let's see who else replies. I'm going to keep this open for a while to see which and how many responses we have.

I went tourney based , but either or I’d like to see a cap on entries to avoid someone being able to buy the win easily. Say max 5 screenshots on tourney based with the best 5 of your entries being counted? 

 

Otherwise it boils down to who an afford to play the most..

Great Idea - I am with Tourney Based as well.

Good Point raised by The Average guy as I had the same thought. Cap the entries and submit your 10 best entries to score points for the contest. 

Also let's say if your 10 best entries exceed 30/40 points you get an extra reward as well? Just a thought - So if you win $200 as the tourney winner, however should the winner submit more than 30/40 points an extra $50 is added to your win.

The tourney should also have 2 or 3 eligible games instead of 1.  With many game restrictions etc, we do not want certain contestants to sit out of the tourney for that month, as we want it to be challenging as well, so the more we are, the better.

To Participate Minimum 100 post or something in place? We do not want the newbies to high jack our contest like the 100 Free spins ones like Golden Star and King Billy and never claiming their prizes!

Thanks for your input guys! Appreciate it. I pretty much have a lot of the rules in written down already. 

Yes, there will be a cap on entries. Also unlike other contests I’ve done only current screenshots will count with date and times. 

Regarding games - All games will count with the exception of a few I will restrict. 

Nothings set in concrete, me and Valdes will need a good chat to sort it all out. But I’ll keep you updated. 

And yes this will be regular members only, I’ll decide minimum posts closer to the time.

If it runs to 2100 the Maldives will be cheap  anyhow; all you’ll need is a snorkle.

FWIW any Slotsmillion pending withdrawals will also be paid by then as well. Just.

They've seemingly got a new payment provider and all is well in the world....

All they need now is a half decent (or just A) loyalty system, a re-introduction of some of their previous offerings and to train their CS team to answer straightforward questions. Woohoo.
