It seems like Vikings by Netent is a great game and see some really great wins on this slot and I think they are making their way back into the online industry.

 

But Jeees, how many spins does it take to trigger the free spins, over 400 spins and still no bonus round.

 

I thought Jammin was bad, but this game is worst with triggering free spins, although the base game pays okayish.

 

Anyone else experiencing the same? Either extremely volatile, even worst then Ancient Egypt Classic if I must say so.

got 1 Free Spins game within 50 spins...paid a wonderful 249x win (lots of that Viking Warrior symbols)...

then I quickly whamooshed away before it can take all that winnings away... 

 

but of course...the other new games took everything back anyway...damn!

got 1 Free Spins game within 50 spins...paid a wonderful 249x win (lots of that Viking Warrior symbols)...

then I quickly whamooshed away before it can take all that winnings away... 

 

but of course...the other new games took everything back anyway...damn!

It can go Bonanza-esque spins at 600 plus. Most i went was 1200 without. It's either famine or feast.

 

Difference is I'd trust it more to give a decent win.

I give it 100 spins and see what it's like - if it's holding the balance i stay on, i go if not. It is deceptively hard to trigger on most occasions. The good news is i've had very few 'bad' bonus rounds on it.

 

My first session was great.....two days later i skipped blissfully into my next biggish session, thinking 'And Again!'

 

1 hour later busto 

 

Thing i like about it is that in the bonus you don't really know what you've won, you get a nice surprise. 

 

But why make the symbols all the same win? In my mind, before i even looked at the pay table, i thought the red was highest paying. Going to show that gamblers see things that aren't there - riggedness!

Well it's interesting you've created this thread because I wrote the review for this game and I immediately thought of you guys. I know some of you are no longer NetEnt fans because of their lower paytables but Vikings offer a better paytable which I know we've spoke about a lot. Who knows, maybe they've been reading our comments after all!

 

I played the game in free mode to write the review, but I too struggled to trigger the bonus features and really understand how the hotspots worked, luckily I had a video to help. However, from free play I soon discovered it's not a game to suit my taste, but more to your liking since you all have bigger bankrolls than me at the moment 

 

Haven't played it in real yet, however I will give it a bash and hope like Afi to get the bonus straight away because I won't stick around to play my full 20 quid on it.

Yeah that Tiger Rush Garbage was really a step back for Thunderkick, that one before that has too many empty spins in the base game, not sure what is happening with them...

There's not a single Viking-themed game that has been good to me, but I got real lucky with my first play on Vikings, and I'm mighty glad I never went back to play it! My last experience on Archangels Salvation game completely turned me off from such games.

Last session I had on it was: 20p:160 or whatever win.

 

Upped to a quid and then....’out of money’

 

The last few quid bonus rounds have been really poor. Like JJ it seems to prefer 40p bonus rounds.

 

Defo one for 50 20p spins and move on. If you get it up then raise stake but don’t hope for much.

 

I still like it though. Unlike Bonanza, you do get the feel it could throw out a whopper in the 7 spins.
