Barktoomuch
I threatened them every day after the 10 initial working day have pass 60 emails 40 chats. Every day I was exhausted. Please stay away from them. You have told them to close my account forever
Twigwidge
I asked again yesterday, via chat, where my money was and they advised they have changed their ts & cs to reflect the current issues. Bank transfers now take 20 working days........so in real terms over a month!! They must be raking in the interest on our accumulated owed winnings sitting in their account all this time! My 20 working days will be up on Friday.......I am not holding my breath
bananarich
Thanks for the info guys - pleasing at least to know they do EVENTUALLY payout, but it's extremely frustrating in the meantime. Twigwidge - sounds like i'm behind you in terms of the queue - so I doubt i'll receive before Xmas. I am emailing them at least three times a day - but rarely get a reply now, and I think live chat have opted to just closing my conversations. Thomsoj
I am still waiting for payment from Vegasland casino since 31st Oct 18. Ron told me when ÌBAN details were received I would receive immediate payment. I am still waiting. Last email yesterday says I will be paid. I believe this casino is in trouble and I will not see a penny
bananarich
I am contacting them daily - but haven't received an email back now for days. I'm not sure why some people have been paid and others haven't. Makes me feel sick this.
pinnit2015
They’re a rogue operator so ‘threatening them’ (which, no matter how rogue, isn’t a good idea) is unlikely to yield anything.
Barktoomuch
I threatened them and I got my money back ! Of course after 1 month and 2 weeks. bananarich
Still nothing back from them - blatantly ignoring me, and now it looks like they've removed their live chat function. I think we'll now see a systamatic shut down of the site and all the idiots like me that deposited in good faith and went to withdraw will be left with nothing. Stekno
I am having problems with this site, keep promising my withdrawal has been issued and I will receive it in the next day or so, constantly fobbed off by the online chat operators and the support email address doesn’t even bother responding, any help would be appreciated
bananarich
I received an email from Ron today saying that my bank transfer has been made and he's sent 'proof' of it. Let's see if it turns up. I think you have to just keep going at them.

LiamO12456
Morning all! I requested a deposit on the 28th October for £600. 9 days had passed and still no money. I contacted vegasland and spoke to good ole Ron, he said they’d had issues. Time went on and I began to feel like I was never going to see the money. They had promised a copy of the swift confirmation which came yesterday, in fairness, it looks like their payment company is holding onto the money. The swift said the money was processed on Monday and it reached my account this morning. Keep the faith, although it’s painfully slow, they do come through in the end. I kept it polite when messaging but I did message almost everyday. Never usually post but if you’re anything like me and you’re worried you’ll never see it, it’s nice to know someone genuinely has seen it. Saying that I withdrew £600.30 and received £600 - here’s to wondering whether I should try to get my 30p, could buy a Freddo with that! Bex123
I am having problems with this casino. Made a withdrawl 10 days ago. Was told I would have to wait 9 days to receive payment. They then changed it to between 9 and 20 business days. Just checked on their site and they have changed times yet again to 15 - 30 days. They then have the cheek to keep e mailing me offers of reload bonuses. As if i am going to put money in there again when they can keep changing withdrawl times like that. I don't even expect to see a penny of the 500 I tried to withdraw now, after reading other player experiences. There isn't a lot of information about them on Google, so I'm sure a lot of people will sign up with them, unaware that it is (it seems) a scam casino. Barktoomuch
Hi I am glad that you got your money back. I did write every day I was polite at the beginning but then they start shut my chat and after 25 day I lost my cool. I have now closed the account and selfexcluded keep copy of that because they charge for maintenance. Quote: Dono waste your time in people that doesn’t deserve it. Time is precious. LiamO12456
Hey! Oh don’t get me wrong, I said I was going to take it further, it seemed to pick up pace then. What do you mean charge for maintenance?
Barktoomuch
Well I heard that they charge for maintenance if you have a dormant account.

bananarich
Hello everyone I RECEIVED MY MONEY! Yes, i'm as shocked as you all are... Wanted to come back on here to explain to hopefully give some hope to the others in the same situation; Applied for withdrawal on 14/11 Chase to get it approved on 21/11 Then it was daily chasing pretty much, lots of fobbing off from Ron and team and quite frankly, there live chat feature was a disgrace. I was at the end of all hope - so looked to contact the license provider, they have a simple contact form for complaints - so I made one, not holding out much hope - but then they emailed vegasland and copied me in demanding that clarification was given to ensure they remained compliant. This must have done the trick as 'Ron' emailed me about 12 hours saying it was all his fault and that he had sent the funds - he attached all the reference numbers etc. This was on the 6/12 and the funds hit my account this morning. MASSIVE LESSON TO BE LEARNT HERE. In hindsight (wonderful thing), I should never have deposited - they are not an above board operator and if anything goes wrong, you're very much dependant upon them to do the right thing. I genuinely believe that they had no intention of paying me - and it was only because of the complaint / threaten of legal action on my email / non stop contacting them that they decided to pay me. Good luck to you all in getting your money back and PLEASE DON'T DEPOSIT ANYMORE. drogerman

Thomsoj
I have not received my withdrawal since 31st Oct. Email contact with the now said Ron who first said bank details were needed and payment would be immediate, did so still no payment. Now today email from Ron informs me my bank or myself requested deposits back and investigation is taking place and I could be guilty of a crime. This is a downright scare tactics. I have replied to Ron stating they stop this and pay me my monies. How can a player ask for deposits back after playing if there is no fault and why would Vegasland comply. No they are playing games. I would recommend all stay away from this site.
Thomsoj
Vegasland Casino. Still no payment since 31st Oct. Only joined in Sept made one withdrawal and now they are accusing me of fraud. Never in all the sites have I used not paid my withdrawal request or accused me of cheating, how one can is beyond me. Ron has now stated they will not reply to my emails all this for £260. Who do I formally complain to on the complaints form as their casino Vegasland is not in the drop down box.
