Akinbilici Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 Guten Tag Ich habe vor ca 10 Tagen mein Glück im Online Casino versucht und habe auch gewonnen ca 22250€. Leider hat das Casino die Auszahlungen storniert und mich auch auf der Seite geblockt. Ich habe mehrmals E-Mails geschickt und auch alles im Ordner abgeheftet, damit sie auch alles nachvollziehen können. Der einzige Grund ist, dass ich für die Einzahlung die Visakarte meiner Frau benutzt habe. Auch dies haben wir nachgewiesen mit einer Vollmacht und Passfoto meiner Frau , dass ich die ERLAUBNIS habe, die Karte zu benutzen. pinnit2015 Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 Unfortunately, most of them have their own named card - having POA is unlikely to be accepted as an exception. So you're probably not going to have much recourse. In fact, using a POA like this (ie - gambling) is going to set alarms ringing with it's potential for fraud / abuse. Why on earth would you register for your own name and use it like this? It's only asking for trouble even if your intentions were genuine.
