LeoVegas removing NetEnt Games?

Leovegas have removed net ent games, well to UK players as far as im aware, anyone know why? 

 

It used to be my favourite site, but it seems to have gone right down the pan with support tickets open with them for an age with no response except its being looked at, sorry!

You're right they have! I've just asked live chat why and it just says they've been pulled for the forseable future! He also said he's not important enough to know the actual reason   Live chat at its best!

You see that support response doesn’t surprise me at all, it’s just not a very good look for customer support, one of the best to one of the worst in a little under a year.

 

Wonder if they are struggling as a business or something

Actually I wasn't really disappointed I wouldn't be surprised if the agent genuinely didn't know the reason why the games have been pulled!

Quite the opposite - floating on Swedish stock market, growth year upon year, EBT up etc

 

Maybe the acquisitions are effecting their infrastructure though. Too much demand, not enough resources.

 

Regardless - they wont be taking out a payday loan any time soon.

Hmm, removing most played games from your portfolio? Must have been quite a tough decision to make I guess... 

 

Let me ping their AG Account Manager and see if we could get some details. Will update as soon as we got any.
