A casino with no live chat - would you play?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys

Got a quick question for you all that I've been pondering with for a few days myself.

Was thinking of signin up to a casino (also a bingo site since I fancied a game), no wagering on winnings BUT they have no live chat! This is usally a big no no for me but with fancying splitting my cash on bingo and slots I'd really fancied this place.

They have toll-free support for UK players which is fine I guess but I'm not particularly keen on speaking over the phone to casinos so haven't registered yet.

Would you guys?

For me, no live chat is like no ladies at the tables...but since I don't play table games, so it's quite okay with me, provided of course they have 24/7 email support. But if they take more than 24 hours to reply queries via email, then I'd close my account next.  :p

Not really a dealbreaker for me, mainly cos they are as useful as a chocolate fire guard half the time.

As long as they’ve prompt email I don’t mind - having said that when my deposit messed up at Red Queen it annoyed me that I’d have to wait until 9am the next day for any response.

I accept that some small casinos or new starts may need to ration their support or start off slowly but they ought to have some chat support available - gambling is 247, not a 9 to 5 B and M stored

It depends on which site it is, like Dragonara has no live chat, but respond within 1 hour on average which is okay.

But live chat for me is important if I need information at hand.

If a casino management decided to save a few bucks not investing into live chat facility helping their players in the fastest and most convenient possible way of support, well, just imagine from what else they might have cut costs ...

Come on, let's face it, there isn't a single reputable online brand out there without live chat... Wondering why?... :p

Guess I won't be registering there then! :p

Yeah I agree...

You know what, this is the thing - I am sometimes okay playing at casinos with no live chat, but trust me somehow if you register at such casino, something might happen during registration or after registration and thats when you would need live help, which is where the frustration comes from.
