Problem to get paid: Proof of earnings

Hello everyone i created account on calzonecasino 1 week ago i deposti 5k pounds straight away and manage to get up to 10k, then has been a maraton of documents and passing all my time waiting and waiting, i got 4 documents aproveed (proff of id, proof of residence, payslip , bank stantment) aparently 1 left work contract with money income per year, as i work for a restaurant in gatwick airport in my contract it says only money per hours and minimun hours per week, it depends more i work more i got, so i send them the P60 ( document that shows how much i got per last year ) but looks like they are asking contract saying income per year, how can i give them what i dont have ? can someone help me, and in last case how can i solve this situation ?

These verifications are just getting ridiculous now and making me wonder whether I even want to win big anymore and risk not passing verification!!

 

So they need proof of your yearly income? To be honest I can't see how you can give them anything better than your P60 since that will show how much you earned last year and if you were to claim let's say tax credits that's the proog they'd asking that or P45 which obviously you don't have.

 

Can you jsut clarify what exactly they've asked for and why they can't accept a P60 as it is a little unclear from your post what you mean.

It's a real pain when you have 10K waiting for withdrawal but the Source Of Wealth verification is holding you back. I had a similar issue at another casino a few months ago...not the winning amount, but the SoW verification...and it gave me plenty of heartaches in resolving it. I too couldn't submit the required documents that the casino had wanted, I could not get any other supporting documents, so I finally submitted my past monthly statements to show how and where I got the money from to play at casinos.

 

That was a real pain in my 's'...so now, any casino that requires such SoW verification, I would immediately request for closure of my account at that casino!

 

In your case, I guess you can try to explain to the casino that you are merely a contract worker at a restaurant at Gatwick airport - you're not employed by the airport authority but by a privately owned restaurant, and that the restaurant doesn't have any contractual documentation. The casino may not accept your argument/explanation, so it'll only be a pain in your 's'...but I don't know what else to suggest to you.  :p

The GiG/MT are amongst the least common senseable of the casinos when it comes to this so they’ll continue to ask and ask.

 

There is the easy and the hard way. You could choose to dig heels in, not supply etc and you will still get paid but it may take a bit.

 

Other option is to swallow it and go and ask HR for any employment letter/confirmation. I presume they want something saying your contracted hours?

Well they are a restaurant in an airport who are likely to be a chain...chains have HR or at least an individual who acts as such :-p

 

How else would the person be employed ;-)

 

For me the P60 is sufficient.

 

Sounds like original poster may be on a zero hour contract?

P60 should be more than efficient but stomaching telling HR why you need it is a whole other matter! :blush::ph34r:

You don’t need to tell them it’s for a casino payout!

 

All you need to say is I want a copy of....

 

Could be for a mortgage or whatever. Either way, it’s none of their business.

 

Oh, and i hate most HR departments through my course of work :-)

From what I can gather OP already supplied p60 and they haven't accepted it.

Thanks for the comments guy but after 1 week sending document they verify my account (they accept my p60) now i got another inssue when i try to cash out it says something like "error loading payment methods" its really annoying i spoke with the chat assistance and he said they will take "some time" to see whats going on, they need to go deep with my account, so now i will have to wait a "bit more" i manage to cash out 5k that was "waiting aproval" from the last week so i spoke with the guy and he send a msg to payment team and they aproved the transfer (hope my money is on the way)

That is good news indeed! Just be patient for a little bit more and you can enjoy your super winnings later on!  :good:

Glad they accepted P60 because it would have been pretty silly if they didn't. I'm even more glad they've approved 5K now just for the other half to head your way. Probabably a withdrawal limit in place I'm guessing?

Why they limit your deposits to 200 pounds per month?  :huh:

 

Well, looking at how you deposited 5000 pounds in one go, they would expect to see a bank statement with lots of money in it! Since that isn't your case, they may suspect you of being addicted to gambling, so they took the responsibility of imposing the 'responsible gambling' ruling upon you.

 

If you don't like it, there are many more better casinos out there that you can join and play...or simply do as I do...avoid any casino that requires a SoW verification. If you don't know, ask the Live Chat host if such verification would be required.  :p

How nice of them to take control of your finances. What are they acting as - Power of Attorney?

 

It's a flawed concept - you could win at another casino and use winnings to play there etc. 

 

Ask them why they requested the information - they've used it for Responsible Gambling reasons but, knowing how inept GiG have been in this whole thing, they'll probably have requested it under AML. They should only process your information for the purpose for which requested and as such may not be commensurate with the DPA. 

 

I've asked the ICO in the UK about this (two/three weeks ago)

 

They must have the UKGC seconded to them as they don't respond as well

tkx for help guys its really annoying what can i win with 200 pounds? should i do 5pounds bets at roulete? i ask them if they can raise a bot more the limits they send me this back

Me personally - I don't see this as a bad thing. It'll help you not blow all your winnings back in the casino, go enjoy your winnings and not worry about only being able to deposit £200 a month.

 

And after all, like Afi said if you're not happy about the limit there are other fishes in the sea ;)
