rp297
Hello, Does anyone have a list of payouts for PlayNGo slots? Any specific slot or overall? Thank you
Afi4wins
Are you asking about the RTPs of Play'nGo games? If so, you can find them at certain casinos that have Play'nGo games. Personally, I don't even bother about all those RTPs cos they mean nothing to me! Yep...97% RTP means you'd get a good play on the game...96% RTP means you can get bigger payouts on the game...but whatever RTP the game has, it can still eat your wallet in minutes!!! pinnit2015
Do you mean the TRTP? Bear in mind that Play n Go games are available with different RTP's at different casino's - think it's two: 97. something and 94. something. All half decent casinos will offer the higher. The ones who offer the lower doesn't see my cash. Scoundrels. Or do you mean who's won big? Cos that'll be some task to find.

The worse that I know of are all around the 95% RTP.
ValDes
Hello, Does anyone have a list of payouts for PlayNGo slots? Any specific slot or overall? Thank you Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. As far as I know, Play'N Go games do not come with different sets of RTP which means that the TRTP cannot be adapted as per the relevant operator's wishes. Something that a serious gaming operator though such as Play'N Go is without any doubt will never ever afford to do for the obvious reasons. As for the RTP stats of their games, you may easily find these stated within the relevant game help file. For example, their latest Sweet Alchemy slot: https://prnt.sc/izrh4o https://prnt.sc/izrhkx Hope the above helps, but in case you need further assistance, please let us know. pinnit2015
Aaaah...okaaay...a digit out means you need an hour nap!!! I do like a power nap
Afi4wins
I do like a power nap Yep...it's been proven to be beneficial. A 2-hour or longer nap would be a drag-nap...it'll make you feeling worse!
Afi4wins
Ooops...before we go off the track again...let me put in a reminder here... I would say that a power nap has a 98% RTP! My naps are usually only 15 - 30 minutes. If it goes longer, I'll make sure it's a good proper sleep instead! Hahaha.
rp297
Thank you all for your answers. I have a very big issue with a casino involving almost 1 million, this casino blames PlayNGo for the issue (well, they even try to blame me, like I can change the payouts) - sad but true. I've been trying to contact PlayNGo directly, but I guess it will not be easy, unless I have some "inside info" from someone who knows someone else (you know what I mean). I hope it's ok to say this here, once it's a public complaint on AskGamblers: Unfortunately, I can't post links cause I am a new user, but go to BobCasino - move down to complaints, and search for the most recent, and you will understand. (by the way, if someone can post the link here, it would be easier for people to go there). If it's not ok, then I ask admins to inform. Thank you all
ValDes
No problems, here's the link to your complaint: Bob Casino - Are they ever going to pay my legitimate winnings of over €940,000? Strongly encourage you to limit the complaint's related discussion within the complaint itself and make sure to follow strictly all the relevant AGCCS Terms and Guidelines. Let us know in case you need further assistance. cocopop3011
rp297
I will try to not break any rule! if I said something wrong you can remove it. Just the topic is connected to the issue. Thanks!
Afi4wins
Ooooh booooy! I read your complaint, rp297, and realise how serious this matter really is! I wish you all the best...the truth will always win!
rp297
Afi4wins, not always.... that's the problem with (some) online casinos. The truth is defeated very often, unfortunately. Thanks for your feedback.

rp297
Yeah, that's for sure. But sometimes the truth is not enough to make justice. I've been robbed already once by an online casino, 50K .... but this case is a new whole level. I'm not calling the same thing yet.. let's see what happens. Thanks again! LeoDubbed
When a player wins big time, don't be surprised if your winnings/withdrawals will be pending for several days because of 'ongoing investigation'. In their website stated they indeed have the right to investigate players gaming history but 8 hours should be sufficent to complete the investigation and process the withdrawal soon after but they all are hoping for you to cancel your winnings and lose them all because that's the case most of the time. I really hope they will pay out your winnings and don't be surprised when the time comes, your account will be closed after the transaction is completed. I have no access to my account, it's blocked even if am verified and I did absolutely nothing wrong. it's not a simple investigation, it's something much more shady. rp297
This is a typical Direx NV casinos behaviour, I've been there too. DirexNV is SoftSwiss license. All casinos with SoftSwiss license share the same platform and same security department. My winnings have been "investigated" long time ago, exactly as I describe on my complaint. While "investigating" they never blocked the access to the account. (obviously hoping that in the meantime I would lose all). This time is something different, it's not this common investigation that you mentioned. I simply got to a point where they perceived the financial risk of keeping my account open. (risk that they accepted when increased the stakes more and more). There's something called risk management to prevent these situations. Usually greedy people never heard about it. Well, there's still some faith that we are dealing with honest people and I they will pay normally. Let's see
